Detail Must improve of service standard. Room rate quite high but amenity in room was below expectation. Hotel should provide more train staff. My room facing Air Con problem and informed hotel to check aftered I came back Air Con in the room was opened, I though problem was fixed until 1a.m. I felt hot again, I checked at the Air Con found Ice that mean problem was not solved but I have no choice (1a.m.) on the next day I complained to GSA staff and she checked with the answer from ENG dept that they will fix this problem after I check out which made me very upset for the stupid answer.

Detail big construction work next to the hotel. expensive wifi internet, 300 thb /hour. a lot of mosquitos in the room. but in general ok for one night.

Detail It seems, that all beds have bedbugs! Good night. I changed the room, but in the other bed there were bedbugs, too. There s a big building site in front of the hotel!

Detail Hotel rooms need updating. Staff do their best but more staff needed.The double room requested was, in fact, a twin room with 2 single beds pushed together. Charges like b40 for disposable razor supplied in room and astronomical internet charges are not in keeping with a hotel of this size Fitness centre and pool are quite good as is the location.

Detail This hotel needs major renovations. While the lobby and surrounding areas are well kept but somewhat austere, the rooms are in very poor condition. Furnishings are old, uncomfortable, and well beyond normal user-life. Very disappointed by the lack of free internet service. Considering the daily room rate one would be justified in expecting to receive free internet service, particularly if staying at the facility for business purposes.

Detail Have stayed many times. Anybody who reads previous accounts of a noisy nightclub opposite need not worry, it s demolished. Now all the land next to the hotel and shopping complex is in the early stages of groundwork. There is to be a very large development and there was noise from the works maybe 7am. Enough to waken. This rather cuts the hotel off from the town. Location now not much better than Charoen which is much cheaper but maybe not as good. No change to hotel, room ok but not great for the 2,200 I paid at a busy time with conference in town. Maybe best hotel in Udon but rooms and bathrooms now getting tired.

Detail Older type hotel, but very clean and well maintained. The staff are really good and the location is excellent. Value for money. I stay here on each visit. Underground, off road parking for cars.

Detail I have stayed here many times but since Centara took the hotel over and put the price up I still can t see there is any change or better service/rooms. The disco across the road is now being demolished so that is a major problem removed for rooms at the front. Best placed hotel in Udon but would be nice to get something extra for the price increase.

Detail The Centara Hotel is a great hotel even if it need some renewal, the rooms is ok,housekeeping is very good, the breakfast is great. The only negative thing is that the restaurant is to cold during the evenings, even farrangs get cold.

Detail We rented rooms with a wedding party. It would have been WONDERFUL if we could have all been put on the same floor with the bride and groom getting the suite. The hotel was far from full and we were very scattered out. We had booked our room over a month in advance and we asked for one queen bed. We were given 2 singles and one friend that had not reserved his room ended up with a queen bed!! Also, charging so much for the internet service in your lobby was ridiculous! We stayed throughout Thailand and never had to pay such inflated prices for interline services at any other hotel. It s clearly a blatent way to overcharge people.

Detail Upon our arrival at 1600 the room assigned was not ready Housekeeping still inside to set the room !!!

Detail great place to stay breakfast has improved a great deal from the last time I stayed. Rooms were quite good we had our young child with us and they supplied a kot free of charge for us. We will be staying there again next time we are in Udon.

Detail Dark and sad looking, no light in the halls, no air conditioning in halls, poor room service, looks like Hotel was sold and no one is spending any money on improvements. Poor furniture at the pool, and dining needs drastic improvements for dinner and bar service, would not return.. to this facility in its current condition. Mr. D. Detail As always great location in Udon. The room rates have now gone up since the change to Centara something like 1300 to 1800 and I have to say I can t see any difference for the price increase. I am wary about staying at the front again because of the noise from the nightclub opposite when it is open. I would suggest always request a room away from the front.

Detail Generally the hotel was ok. However, the receptionstaff needs your creditcard and a copy pasport for everything, even when you paid for the room already. It can be dangerous if they have creditcard and copy pasport.Who will garantuee that the information stays confidential? To secure the mini, value max. 200 baht, they also need your creditcard. For internet use they charge you 350 baht for 30 minutes. Unbelievable !!! It should be for free, most hotels offer it for free.
