Detail Nice hotel with exelent location regarding the airport. Everything straight forward as you would expect from a pricy hotel. Someone could put some signs showing the way to the tunnel for the trains.

Detail Third time we have stayed I think not again, checked in a had to wait for someone to open the mini bar, it was locked, drinks and food to expensive for room service,asked again at reception did I want single beds or double, I handed them the booking confirmation which stated we want two single beds.

Detail Stayed there in 4 nights and the Hotel is very nice with a excellent staff. Even do it’s on the airport, 5 min to walk from the terminal, it’s very quiet. In my room I could not hear the airplanes at all. Food is also very nice and the prices are acceptable. It’s Only 15 min with Sky train if you want to go to the city centre. I used Taxi once and Sky train once and Sky Train is the fastest.

Detail A great hotel in a special location with a very efficiently run staff.Had to catch an early plane to UK via Doha and had very little spare time at the airport but still enjoyed the experience - will definitely stay there again,

Detail the price of the room is ok but the staff of reception is not frindly and very very slow i never stay in this hotel againe .

Detail Excellent hotel with a fabulous pool. Great Spa as well and very courteous staff. All in all a perfect airport hotel with all amenities.

Detail The hotel is VERY convenient as you have no waiting time to get to the hotel. After a long trip it s great to be able to quickly relax in your room. It s also great to gulp down an early bird breakfast and be at the airport in no time for an early departure. My only complaint is the cost. I usually choose a cheaper option because of the cost factor but it is nice to spoil yourself every now and then.

Detail The hotel is very near to the airport and is useful for a short stay/transfer flight in Bangkok. Lobby is mordern but the room is old.

Detail If only every Airport in the world had a Hotel like this so close traveling would be easier. The staff remembers me everytime and that is a touch of Class. A gem to the City of Bangkok

Detail Fantastic hotel. Picked up at the new airport at Bangkok which is easily found as posters telling customers staying at this hotel where to go to be picked up. Only 2 minutes by minibus to the hotel. Hotel is wonderful. Really beautiful. Cannot hear any aircraft noise. We stayed in the deluxe rooms and they have everything you need. Staff were all lovely and the restaurants for both dinner and breakfast - no complaints and one of us is a chef!!
