Detail When I booked my room I requested the complimentary pick-up at the airport. I provided my flight number and arrival time, but there was no pick-up when I got there. Getting ones own taxi at BKK isn t necessarily an easy thing, and especially for someone who hasn t done it before. The cabbies aren t too happy about waiting two hours in line and then getting a fare that only wants to go a short distance, either. Out of sympathy I paid my driver double the going rate. I received no explanation from the hotel for why they forgot me, nor would they discount my room to cover the cab fare. The ride back to the airport wasn t much better. I had to catch an international flight that left at 08:25 so I needed to leave the hotel at 06:00. Some other guests at the hotel also needed to go at that time, but were running late, and the hotel wanted me to wait for them. Since getting through check-in and immigration can take quite a bit of time I knew that was not a good idea. Thankfully, the driver saw it my way, and I was on time for my flight in spite of what the front desk wanted. I d stayed in the hotel before because it is a convenient location for making early flights, but there are alternatives close by, so next time I ll try one of those. For the price they charge (which is about double of other hotels close by), they should provide better service, in my opinion. Also, the showerhead in my room didn t work.

Detail Hotel was value for money and only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Rooms were simple, but clean. Beds were really, really firm.

The hotel had no record of the request from the booking Service, but were kind enough to send the transfer. We were kept waiting at Level 2, Gate 4 for 45 minutes, which at 1:30am in the morning was an awful experience with 3 tired children and 2 even more tired parents. Suggest calling hotel in advance to confirm airport transfer.

Detail Hotel okay for overnight stay, close to airport but I would stay somewhere else next time. Hotel just average. Breakfast ordinary. Had to pay for transfer to airport, which should have been included, as they had set shuttle times.

Detail It was very reassuring for two women traveling halfway across the world, arriving in the middle of the night from the U.S.A. to be met in a strange airport by a friendly and accomodating agent, who paged a car and within a few minutes we were on our way. We were only at the hotel for about eight hours, but the staff were gracious and accomodating, the room was clean, cool and quiet, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely refer our friends to the Grand Inn Come Hotel.

Detail had to stay at nearby airport hotel since i have a flight the next day for chaingmai. Very efficient hotel, rep of hotel was there waiting to bring us to the hotel. breakfast was ok but not a lot of variety. transfers are 24 hours and staff very helpful when asked where to change money. 10 minutes to the airport so very convenient if you just need it for an overnight stay.Overall, would say it was a pleasant stay

Detail The hotel is ideal if you need to catch an early flight the next day. The room was sufficient for the very cheap price we paid and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was fine. I was impressed with the complimentary transfers to and from the airport. Our flight was delayed by 1 hour and the staff still waited at the airport for us. That is wonderful service!!!

Detail What gracious and efficient service! I was met at the airport which was a relief as my plane arrived past midnight.Reception was quick and courteous. The room was ready and for the first time in a hotel, I felt I was at home! The breakfast buffet was ample, but I missed my usual muesli. It would be great if you had wireless internet access in the rooms too, a service which is becoming standard even in the smaller guesthouses. Thank you for your hospitality!

Detail This hotel is ideal if one is making a connection to a morning flight out of Bangkok. It s just 10 minutes from the terminal and a shuttle is provided for both pick-up and return in the morning. I ve stayed with them twice, and each time the trip back and forth from the hotel went smoothly. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. I got a good nights sleep both times I stayed, which really helps before a long flight over to the USA. It s a low stress way to make an overnight in Bangkok, and I m sure I ll stay many more times.

Detail A great place for us to overnight there before flying and after departure. The restaurant is very good, the staff friendly and helpful to the guests.The rooms are very clean and in very good condition. To reach the airport is so easy and including. No extra payment. We have been there 6 times now and we will come back soon.

Detail Hotel is located about a 10 minute drive from the airport. very good shuttle service to and from the airport, they were waiting for us at the gate with a name placard when we arrived. Room was okay to spend a night or two. Nothing fancy, but it was comfortable. Price was reasonable. In room WiFi internet is expensive; 120 baht per hour. Would recommend because of their shuttle service despite the expensive WiFi.

Detail Das Hotel ist geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Bangkok. Ideal im der Nähe des Flughafens gelegen. Der Straßenlärm ist im Zimmer zu hören. Für die lage und das Angebot ist das Hotel zu teuer.

Detail Hotel was clean. The temperature in the hallways and elevator tended to suffocate at times. The breakfast could use some improvement. It was better on the 25 than on the 12. Looks like there might have been a chef change or something. Bacon in particular was not done.
