Detail Big room with everything you need, slippers, hairdryer, shampoo, foam bath, lotion, cotton bud, shower cap, TV, DVD player. Nicely decorated throughout the room with lots of lighting. The balcony was stunning with a huge glass balustrade which was safe for small children as there was no way they could fall off. The bed was really comfortable, and there were four pillows for guest, two were hard and two were soft. The pool was fantastic. It was a big salt-water pool. Breakfast was basic, but that was not a problem since in Phuket there were lots of popular places to eat out. The beach was in a walking distance. Not too far away. Staff were nice and friendly. Wish I stayed there for longer since it was a really pleasant stay. This hotel was truly value for money. Would surely recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to visit Phuket.

Detail The room was large, nice and clean. The staff was not very nice and accommodating. They seemed a bit tired and not so involved. The cleaning was ok. Breakfast was served outside and it was too hot. The yogurt and the juice was warm, which pulled down the whole thing. There was no cheese and ham. In photographs the hotel and pool area is spacious, however there is little in reality. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kata Beach. Wonderful beach that saved our stay. I will not book this hotel again

Detail Выбор данного отеля для своего отдыха сделала на основании положительных отзывов на сайте. По приезду была разочарована: на двоих взрослых и ребенка нам дали номер с одной (не самой большой) кроватью. В первую же ночь под раковиной обнаружились дикого размера тараканы, которые не исчезли и на следующее утро после вечерней травли. На следующий день я попросила заменить номер. Номер дали классом выше: он был намного лучше, чем наш первый, но все же отель в целом очень и очень средний и требует ремонта. Завтраки нормальные, хотя и однообразные. До пляжа идти не ближний свет - минут 10, а с ребенком это превращается во все 20.

Detail Very nice hotel that truly lived up to the description on the website. Fair and fine, a little luxury experience, good breakfast and friendly staff. The pool was fantastic.
