Detail The location is perfect and only 3 mins away from the beach and walking distance to amenities around Patong. The loft wing is a stone throw away from the main building, there is no staff or lobby at the loft wing, there were one day we hang the room service tag on the door knob but our room were not cleaned. The swimming pool at the loft wing is a turn off, i would say it is still in construction. It may have a better one at the main building. The breakfast was average. The room is clean and nice, satisfied. Overall I will give 4/5 to this hotel, a pleasant stay, and will recommend to my friend and would consider to stay next time.

Detail I am very satisfied with my visit on Rayaburi.Friendly people and a nice and clean hotel.Location is great not so much traffic and very close to the Beach.Me like.

Detail Large clean room with both bath and showers. windows to street.The hotel is very clean with good service from the staff.Thought hotel had swimming pool when booking,but no pool.Think its way over priced,think you could fined the same for less money.

Detail The hotel is situated on a good location. Easy walk to the beach with good choice of restaurants. A short distant to Bangla Rd. Staff is very friendly.

Detail Absolutely loved my stay! The room was awesome, the location is simply perfect! So near to the beach and everything else. Staffs are helpful and the breakfast is not bad too.

Detail Good location. Rooms are also good but access to the rooms is very complicated. One has to move up the stair everytime from 2nd to 4th floor to take the lift.

Detail RAYABURI Hotel is ideally located at the crowds of Patong Beach, bars and pubs are just across the street (it is a little bit noisy after midnight though), family mart is next to the hotel, walk 5 minutes to the beach, hotel room is clean and well maintained. Hotel staffs are friendly and able to communicate in english, we will absolutely stay at this hotel again in our future visit to Phuket.

Detail grear location. close to night life, but in a quiet area. Several steps to the beach.The garden on the roof looks lovely. The only fault I can pick is I can hear the TV noise in next door.The superior room is smalled than I expected.

Detail It is located at a very prime area, 5 mins to the Patong Beach, near to the main attraction area like Bangla Road and Junceylon Mall. The room is clean and comfortable.We stayed at the Loft Wing with breakfast at a very reasonable price. Anyway, the swimming pool is too small right at the roof.

Detail I stayed at Rayaburi Hotel Patong i March 2011, and I have never been so disapointed in my life. The room was O.K. but the staff was very unpolitely and the hotel manager was directly unfriendly and not helpfull in any way. We stayed at the Loft Wing and 4 times we came back to the hotel and the reception was empty. We had to get our key ourselfes and anyone could have takes our key! Every night we were kept awake from other hotel guests. And their noise(!) I will never recomed this hotel to anyone.

Detail We stayed at Rayaburi Hotel Patong from August 12-17, 2010. The main reason we booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi facility that placed at the rooftop of the hotel building. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the jacuzzi was broken and still in repairing but it would be done tomorrow. Everyday we asked them about the jacuzzi and the answer was the same that we couldn t use it because they needed some parts from Bangkok to fix it and finally until we finished our vac, we ve never able to use it. Honestly, we were so dissappointed with this hotel!!!

Detail The room was good - very clean but not very spacious. But the toilet in the room was a little surprise for us...only a curtain separates the toilet area with the room...so we thought there was not much privacy! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in and out a breeze.
