Detail Really nice environment .... The hotel is high standard,...maybe less fancy than renaissance hotel, but also price difference. I enjoyed the very quiet atmosphere around the hotel. If I go back Mai khao, I will choose pirate again,..have all you need,..and can t wish for more.

Detail *The hotel felt empty and a bit run down. The staff at front desk sometimes acted unprofessionally toward us... not responding to questions.. when I asked something i almost felt ignored...very bad!! *The breakfast buffet was poor, and feelt unhygienic because of flies swarmed around the food..also very bad!! *The wifi/wireless internet was very good and fast.

Detail The hotel looks relatively new. Love the room where the pool is just right outside the balcony! The pool is superb! However, the hotel is located very far from the main road (4km drive through dark fields). The breakfast is not up to standard of a 4 star hotel.

Detail BEWARE...THis hotel is not that close to the Airport as stated.This hotel is very run down and in need of a LOT of maintenance.We arrived at night and i thought it was ok.But the next morning we saw how run down and empty this hotel was.Dinner was not only expence but poor quality, i ordered a steak and got a Mince patti same for breakfast i ordered poached eggs and received a big breakfast.This hotel is located in an isolated area with no shopping within walking distance.The Beach is filthy.
