Detail This hotel is a small, well decorated and nice hotel, with a small garden, a small,nice swimming-pool,400 m from the beach. It is value for money. Only one problem: in your room you can hear every noise from the floor or from the neighbouring rooms;if other people close late in the night the door of their room, we wake up from this several times.On the street it is loud in the night,too.

Detail Not to bad goy upgraded to pool room as it was to hard taking 10 month old baby upstairs.Breakfast was very poor,food cold,always little servings presented.

Detail Will not stay again.No hot water for 2 weeks and breakfast was very poor,egg lady missing all the time,cold food,and when I went to get food always empty.

Detail I ve stayed here now 3 times in 5 months . This time I was not happy with room . No hot water, dirty, tv did not work , would not stay here again did tell front desck . Nothing done about it . Needs a major make over very old hotel.

Detail Was very diasppointed with facility. Felt like I was going into an old western hotel. No elevator. Very old but well kept. Echoes heard easily throughout building and room. Could hear a pin drop in next room. They offered upgrade room but refused and immediately checked back out. Staf was friendly but English very poor. Do not recommend. Does not appear on Internet like this.

Detail I booked a 2 week stay in Phuket with only 6 nights booked at this hotel thinking I was going to move on.I decided to stay in Phuket but chose NOT to stay at this hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly I was not greeted very nicely on arrival and every night, there was one of the hotel workers there who was very angry looking and demanding. Everytime I asked for my key, they didnt ask my name which makes me wonder how good the security is on this hotel (I could have asked for another room # and been given that key OR I could have been a complete stranger). Asides from that, the shower is in a bath and extremeley slippery and can be quite dangerous if not careful (that would finish your holiday for sure). It was however a fairly quiet hotel off the main road and always kept clean. About 8 minutes walk to Bangla and the same for the beach so good location. I guess to sum it all up, for the price you pay its probably a good for value hotel.

Detail Good location, walking distance from Bangla (where the action is), amenities were good and had no issues with the service. Have stayed here twice and will stay here again.

Detail Location is good. It s 7 min to beach and 12 min to Junceylon. Not that noisy and you can sleep well during the night. It s on the second street from beach. Interior of restaurant is really great. Whenever I have Breakfast there, I was so happy to be there. However, the facilities seem old enough. You need 5 to 10 minutes to get exposed in cool temperature at room.
room service facilities location reservationWhen I paid with a credit card, I felt security should be enhanced here. All my credit card information is exposed. Especially when I was in internet cafe, I was reallly worried. At least you can change the card number that I type to * key.

Detail Room was good quality and clean. Staff was very friendly and outgoing and willing to help with anything. The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach and easy walking distance to nightlife.

Detail Pretty much what we expected for a 3 star hotel. Staff were nice and helpful and location was good. Only one problem, the duvet cover was never changed. The hotel needs decorating as it looks very old and dirty. Otherwise no real problems.

Detail I have now stopped at the Patong Premier on several occassions. Good friendly service and good location. Upgraded this time to pool side room, free of charge. Free parking outside. Have changed back to buffet breakfast, much better.

Detail Excellent older style hotel just 5 mins walking distance from Patong Beach. No elevator and older style decore - but charming. only a small pool with spa but in pretty location with adequate shade. Steam room and sauna a bonus. Good value hotel

Detail they say that the first few people you encounter,especially when everything is foreign will create a forever lasting impression whether you like it or not. My wife and i fortunately had a very lovely experience and a more wonderful story to share. Patong Premier Resort provides good service,along with sincerely helpful and friendly staffs.Though the hotel has no lifts but the experience there is remarkable comparing two other hotels we went to.

Detail the hotel is looking very nice. i like the style and decoration( we stayed in deluxe pool acc.). just the room size is lillte bite small and sometimes they cleaned vey well and sometimes not. staff were very nice and friendly. breakfast good. many choices. pool small but nice and cleaned. i would say value of money or u get wat u pay!
