Detail 1 day before check in date, the hotel informed us no available room & want to tranfer us to another accomodation nearby but we didn t agree since this booking was made 1 month prior while the hotel was not fully book. We report to the sawadee.com. Then the web staff confirmed with hotel manager no such change as said above. Until the moment we arrived, the hotel manager came & apologized there was no spare room for our booking (!!!). Really get mad about this, it seem the hotel hv premeditated to leave us no choice in the last minute but accept such situation while most of the same level hotels surround was fully book at that moment. Sawadee.com also could not control & insist them to preocess the original booking. To the end, 1hour nego with a tired face after long day flight, we accepted the condition they offered with unhappy mood in the first day of Luna New Year (bad luck ever). not see u again !!!
room service facilities location reservationan education for us to learn that don t refer to cheap price & booking via web agent during the high & peak season but should go direct due with the hotel. since we fully paid prior to visit & hard to claim back, the sawadee.com did not take full responsible if the hotel take any action of selling their guest to another lower level hotel under any possibly reasons.

Detail Ok location, but as most hotels in Patong it s a 10 min walk to the beach. The receptionists didn t even bother to see who walked in to the hotel. The walls are very thin and as this is a low-budget hotel it had many young aussie-guests who consumed too much alcohol 24/7,with hammering at doors 5 am every night. No security at the hotel. You get what you re paying for. Recomendable for young partygoers!

Detail The place was looking good in the pictures presented on the web pages but in reality was a diffrent story ... The A/C in this place is not working good , we had to change 3 rooms because of it , the water was in and out , you may get ready for shower and NO WATER ... and in top of it I saw a mouse running in the eating area... The only one good thing about this place was location !

Detail i was pleasantly surprised when i arrived as it was in a soi and was not sure what hotel would be like hotel is modern very clean rooms same and breakfast is all you could want for staff very helpful and will stay her again highly recommended

Detail Great place. Clean. Good location within walking distance of the new mall. Nice pool. Good breakfast. I found the beds to be the only problem at the hotel - springs in the mattresses were noticeable and lumpy. Also, they offer daily snack specials -but when I order them got a no have . Otherwise the food was tasty.

Detail 7days at Patong Beach Lodge,basic hotel,clean and staff nice,handy to every thing.Good rates.I then upgraded to thir sister hotel Horizon Beach Hotel,lovely room, very large,staff just wonderfull right at Patong beach.Will stay there again.I will stay there again,but not Feburary,just to hot and busy.

Detail low cost hotel great.not 5 star,don t expect it.very frendly staff,centrol to shoping,night life and a great rime. I would stay here again and again. need to change the breakfest menu though as some same each day! but nice !! thank you to all staff

Detail good hotel for the price.friendly helpful staff.great position,close to everything.no noise from street.aircon broke and was fixed quickly and also offered another room in case it broke again.good standard breakfast.if you want $100 a night facilities stay in a $1oo a night hotel.great value.will use again

Detail hello, everything was fine. But i didnt like that your hotel charges 1000b guest charge. The room is suppose to be based on a 1 or 2 person occupancy. 1000b is even more than I was paying. I liked the breakfast very much though. thank you Andrey

Detail For the price the accommodation was excellent and located between the markets, beach and Bangla rd it s not to far to walk most of the time. Pool was ok (on mortar used on the pool tiles which was a bit different. Breakfast was a good selection, considering the price. Didn t to many smiles from reception but they were easy enough to deal with.

Detail hi, I stayed at this hotel for 27 nights & found it great, very central, the staff was great very friendly & helpfull, breakfast was very good,,if people want 5 star accom in a 3 1/2 star hotel,, let them book a 5 star hotel,,,,money wise it was the best value .. very clean,, I would book it again with out resevation. a good stay for retired people
