Detail Food at the hotel was great. Beach is across the street. They have the best kids club. My kids (7 & 9) did not want to leave which was good for my husband and my to go and have some alone time. Great location to everything. Great hotel for our family.

Detail This is my fifth stayed at HI. We always come back because it is such a beautidul hotel and warm staff. However, pls note the following genuine feedback:- - All staff are very warm, however this trip the housekeeping lady whom we met was quite rude. She gave a sulked face when we told he bring back the extra pillows. She seemed unhappy and displeased. - Kids club and pool is fantastic. However, for safety reason, we hope the Management would improve the pools tiles. Its very slippery! (the blue floor tiles). I believe your staff knew about that as they told us the Hotel did tried to do something before but the blue tiles are the ones you need to hack off an istall anti-slipery type of tiles. We will definetely come back again, it has always been our 1st choice!

Detail Nice hotel,was offered an early check in, which was very nice. Building-construction was going on at a neighbour hotel all 10 days of our stay. Too many families with small kids at the breakfast-restaurant.

Detail Great hotel and great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had originally booked a Busakorn studio but when we arrived we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a Busakorn villa which we did. Whilst not cheap, it was well worth it with a large well appointed room, private pool and bar solely for the villas.

Detail Great resort, good position to beach and just far away from Bangla rd yet accessable if you like the hussle and bustle. My wife and 5 year old loved it.

Detail Absolutely fantastic Hotel right in the heart of Patong Beach with great facilities & awesome Staff that are very helpful & friendly. Would not hesitate in recommending the Patong Holiday Inn to Families as they have a great Kids Club!!

Detail Great hotel. Expansive buffet breakfast. My kids love the kids club. Staff is very attentive. Very good value for money, especially if you have 2 kids. However, pool is extremely crowded even during the low season when we were there.

Detail We know thailand and visit ever year for 10 years and know this is very good. Best position in Phuket. Fantastic pool and buffet breakfast. Rooms excellent and hotel fascilities great. Highly recommend for families - kids club is free and the kids loved it giving us time to ourselves (staff very attentive and responsible). The best of all are the Thai staff, so friendly and ever so helpful. We will definitely only book here when staying in Phuket.

Detail Excellent hotel in what must be the best location in Patong. Breakfast alone was something to die for with a huge variety of tasty food all freshly prepared in front of you. All hotel staff very courteous and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Detail It was our second stay at this resort. We chose it because of its central position. We have 3 chn and had booked 2 non-smoking interconnecting rooms. Upon arrival we were shown to 2 non connecting rooms. We were told there were no connecting rooms available and even though we had requested it, it is still subject to availability. They were happy to let our chn be in one room without an adult - I thought this to be irresponsible. When shown the 2nd room - it stank of smoke. We complained again. Only because of my husbands insistance were we moved to a non-smoking level with 2 interconnecting rooms. Amazing!

Detail When arrived after an overnight flight at 9 oclock in the morning our rooms we not ready so they upgrade us to a deluxe seaview/ocean suites. Breakkies we good, cheap food allround. Nice modern rooms, Kids 12+ club good but hardly used by us. Extra friendly staff, great location! AAAAA++++++ Holiday

Detail The hotel was very pleasant. The staff were polite and helpful. The only slight disappointment was that the kids club did not live up to the hype. While the staff there were as helpful as the rest of the hotel staff, the programmes were not terribly exciting for the kids. Most of the time, they were very much left to themselves to play the PS2 machines. Nevertheless, we would go there again. It is without doubt the best hotel in Patong. Even if you have to pay a little more for the comfort, it was probably worth it.

Detail I stayed in Holiday Inn Patong for a few days August 2007 and I went back recently with my two children aged 11 and 12. We simply love the hotel as everything about it is classy for an affordable price, from the bedroom to breakfast to security. Best of all it has an awesome Kids Club for my children. I had to leave the hotel very early in the morning to go scuba diving and come back rather late, and i depended on the hotel to provide fun and security for my kids. My desires were met and I have no problem choosing Holiday Inn Patong again in future.

Detail We stayed at the resort with our two children and we really enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn. the staff at reception were very helpful and polite , the staff around the hotel and pool area were very friendly and were great with the kids. the buffet at breakfast was one of the best I ve had and we loved the food at the front bar/restaurant. they also have a great kids club. I highly recomend this resort to anyone making plans to visit Phuket. great place !!!

Detail A lovely hotel with very very good service in all aspects. We stayed in the main wing overlooking the Busacorn side of the hotel. The room was spacious and very well fitted out with an enormous bed. We used two of the three restaurants. We had fabulous steak in Sam s and two lovely meals in the Sea Breeze restaurant. The hotel is very close to the beach if you are a beach lover and the hotel provides towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would certainly book there again and would highly recommend it for Patong Beach.

Detail An oasis of calm within th madness of Phuket!! We stayed in a Busakorn suite, which is worth the extra money as you get your own pool.Very helpful staff, hotel was clean, safe in the room, beach towels galore, large clean pool etc. Would stay there again......but I m doubtful I d return to Phuket!
