Detail โรงแรมสวย วิวทะเลสวยมาก สระว่ายนำ้ใหญ่ นำ้ในสระเป็นนำ้เค็ม และอุ่น มีที่ให้เล่นสำหรับเด็ก ส่วนหในห้องพักแต่งสวย theme เหมือนอยู่ในซาฟารี ห้องสุขาแยกคนละห้องกับห้องอาบนำ้จึงไม่ค่อยสะดวกเท่าไหร่ ห้องกว้างดี ภาพรวม ถูกใจมาก และจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนคะ

Detail One of the best family resorts in Thailand. You would never know Pattaya, the real Pattaya existed while staying here. Tons of activities for kids of all ages, food is excellent and affordable, roomservice is excellent and the rooms are very nice. We would stay here at least once a month if it wasn t so booked up! The beach is OK, but the pool, lazy river and waterslides make up for any shortcomings there. Staff are extremely friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Highly recommended!!!!

Detail Upon arrival & departure, traffic control in front of lobby entrance is terrible particularly during the typical rush hours. Not a big issue but could be annoying when you just arrived at the hotel in good mood. Maids are very friendly and helpful. Security check-point makes guests feel good. Performances are enjoyable and delightful, guests feel the care from hotel. These do score. F&B delivery persons in the pool area are not that nice while talking to you if you speak Thai (No idea what happens to guests who do not speak Thai). Very busy, very crowded place. Family style. Kids love it. Its success is envy to other hotels in Pattaya.

Detail We spend 10 days with 2 kids in Centara in Pattaya in July and were satisfied with service completely. The hotel is new, staff is great, the landscape is picturesque as well as all facilities: pools, lazy river, jakuzzi, etc. I would surely come back!

Detail A very good hotel, guest room is best we´ve ever experienced. Water sport is wonderful, service is OK. But, there are almost nothing surrounding the hotel, just a 7-eleven. You have to spend every thai baht in the hotel. We feel a little bit isolated.

Detail Great Hotel, super pools, very, very nice rooms and great view from sea-view rooms! Only problem which I faced was breakfast - there was a problem to get a table, due lack of space, organization of breakfast seating was a nightmare, waiter was trying for 5 minutes to find a place for you a you have a sightseeing what other people are eating.

Detail Physical property very nice, Deluxe Family Residence excellent value. Unfortunately with 3-star service and 3-star breakfast. Only recommended if the price is very low and if you travel with younger children.

Detail Loved the numerous swimming pools some were for kids (even a diving spot similar to jumping off a cliff and even real sand next to the pool and lots of sliders) and some were adults only for tranquility. Another special thing - the water is slightly salty so you don t feel the chorine at all. Liked room setup - separate rooms for toilet and shower. Breakfast had lots of variety. Had lots of guests in the hotel, but did not feel crowded at breakfast nor at the pools...had plenty of beach chairs. Kids loved the play room with Wii and pool tables. Check-in and out was very efficient and receptionists were courteous. Downside: Furniture and some pool rocklike set up are unsafe due to sharp edges. Was a little disappointed when the room service did not replenish the toiletries on the 2nd day. Overall, a MUST at least once especially for families with young children.

Detail Many fantastic pools and slides - one with actual sand and one man made cliff where kids can jump into the pool. Inner tubes were not as fun..too clumpsy to move around and too many unsafe sharp edges when floating around. Loved the bathroom and wash basin set-up in the bedroom. Kids loved the Pool table and the computer games room. Only area that needs attention - safety in a few pools - too many sharp edges.
