Detail Room quality is poor, I can tolerate old facilities but not the mosquitoes biting me & my family. Service is good & fast, no long waiting for checking in & out. Buffet breakfast is OK. Have big swimming pool and kiddie pool which my family enjoyed during our stay. Located at the very heart of Pattaya s tourists area, few walks to the beach but not immediate to noisy agogo & night clubs. Ideal for family vacation.

Detail It is the hotel which can be relaxed very much. The breakfast is very delicious. The staff is very kind. As for one difficult point, wireless LAN only completely overflows capacity. It is connected at midnight, but is not connected very much in the daytime

Detail hotel bien situe, pas loin du centre de pataya beach mais assez en retrait pour apprecier le calme aussi. la plage est tout aussi magnifique. Les chambres devraient etre mieux entretenues grace a un petit effort.

Detail It is the calm hotel with the large garden and swimming pool where there is a lot of nature. The staff is very kind. There is only one problem. The Internet is not connected sometime(often).

Detail overall, i m very disappointed with the service. staff servicing in the morning buttef was a let-down, i try to ask for a baby chair, but was told hotel don t have any, but the very next day, 1 baby chair was given to a eursian man with a thai lady.. i guess this hotel don t encourage family with baby to check in or only serve eursian or thais..

Detail It was nightmare in this hotel, all the facilities are very poor, dirty bad sheets, many ants in the bathing room. No hot water for freshing, water for bathing is very small. Even hotel tried to change room for us, but still not good. Many guests come for girls.

Detail The Hotel is in a great location but is very old and in desperate need of a modern makeover. The rooms are acceptable for the price range. The pool and the hotels location make it worthwhile but other hotels in the are that are just a short walk to the beach can be found that offer a better overall experience.

Detail There was problem with people they dont use swimmclothe and some playing with fotboll so its need more action from the guard. i should also talk about the wonderful breakfast.Best regards Jack

Detail good location,but,some of the staff looks to be not so educate how to meet customer in common,very low class,my gf is thai but for staff she was like a bar girl in their eyes!!

Detail there are four things that transform this three level hotel from being very average. 1) fantastic central location on the beach. 2)large pool 3)excellent breakfast included in reasonable tarrif 4) I would recommend the large delux rooms

Detail The hotel location is perfect (can’t be better). The garden and restaurant is very nice and pleasant except that no air-conditioned area available. Hotel pacilities are very good and can fit to active people and people who like to stay in the hotel rooms (standard room) need improvement. Internet Wifi was very good

Detail Hotel kind of shoddy, room doors need painting. Bathroom walls and doors should be cleaned. No Wi-Fi in rooms, only in lobby. At night lobby full of mosqatos.

Detail We stayed in the hotel for one and a half week.Location is good,and the poolarea is ok. The hotel is still a bit worn out , even after renovation. But what we found really annoying was the lack of trust the management had to us as guests by putting up regulation everywhere with threats of fines. We have been travelling in Thailand for at least 4 months every year for the last 7 years, but for the first time we had to sign a paper telling we had to behave according to the rules . Is this really necessary?

Detail The hotel is just value for money. There is no lift!!! We were given the room in 3rd floor and we had to carry our baby stroller all the way up to 3rd floor. The furnitures are old, the shower was not working. The only advantage of this hotel is its location.
