Detail We stayed at Garden Wing, it was really good. The stay was relaxing, location is bit far away from walking street but u have easy access to those vehicles who carry people for 10 baht. Will definitely recommend garden wing if you are looking for relaxation with a good breakfast.

Detail when i go to Thailand i always stay in Amari Orchid Pattaya. I like it very much. good service, good looking,near the beach.the room is very clean and the garden with the pool is very beautiful. I spent good time at that hotel!!!

Detail The Amari was a really nice to stay. The staff were most welcoming, and the place was spotless. It generally had a great ambiance, really felt far from the madding crowd . I have stayed here twice. Would recommend it!

Detail city Sparrows were very nuisance,especially at the breakfast tables at the Amari hotel.Many of them flied pass my head. They left shit drops on tables and chairs.Some of them were even on the unattended dishes and glasses. It s really unpleasant and unhygiene. Please the hotel management, can you try to get rid of them.

Detail we booked the garden wing but they upgraded us (without asking) to the tower. The garden wing is not worth to be part of the Amari. Those are depresive rooms, with small windows. BUT... the tower rooms are big and bright, with huge windows, and beautiful furnished. Very clean and safe. Nothing to complaint about. Very nice staff everywhere. We go only here from now on.

Detail Hotel looks good, but no lift for garden wing, how can it call a 4star hotel? You need to call bell boy pick up the baggage. Room is small, even deluxe room. The sewage conduit broken yet, toilet always wet. Breakfast is soso. I would try ocean wing next time, if I want to book Amari. No stay again.

Detail We stayed in this hotel in January 2010, loved the hotel the location is great and the local tuc tuc stops right outside to bring you to the main strip. the rooms are basic but clean, nothing to complain about the pool area is great, the food is excellent and the staff bring fresh fruit to you while lying by the pool in the scorching heat absolutely brilliant

Detail Upon arrival we were shown to our room in the garden wing. unfortunately it was a room with two single beds, no balcony. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we were very disappointed. We upgraded to the Tower and what a difference! wonderful huge room with a kingsize bed and a very small balcony. The next night we came back to our room and it was covered in red rose petals decorated towels and a Cake with a signed card wishing us a happy anniversary from the manager. They redeemed themselves big time. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. We will return again

Detail Fantastic hotel! Expecially they provide free upgrade to us! The design of the hotel room is very good! Open concept, great view, amenities inside the room is up to standard. The staff provide professional service and always nice to the guest. The swimming pools are good! If I have the chance, I must stay in this hotel again!

Detail This hotel has a very good standard. Outdoors at the hotel is the best I ve seen in Thailand, but the swimming pool should have been cooled down. We lived in a deluxe room and it was very good. We lived in the garden wing and there was not the gallery so that it did not go to sit outside. We also had rooms in the 4 floor, so here it should be a lift. Breakfast was very good. We had to pay 3000 bath in the deposit. It is the first time I experience this in Thailand. Aside from my comments above, we were very pleased with the hotel and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Detail We stayed at the newly built Ocean Tower. The rooms are very comfortable, well equiped and the design is different from usual with an open bath room. The location is close to the beach, although you have to cross the two-lane boulevard to get to the sea. The two pools and breakfast are best in class. If we would ever go to Sin City Thailand again, Amari would be our choice.

Detail We made the right choice!!The new renovated ocean wing was our pleasant stay during Songran. Pataya wasn t crowded either. The room which they upgraded for us from deluxe to executive floor was so great - wonderful view- till we wanted to have a longer stay. And I d strongly recommend their so cool restaurant - Mantra - food and ambience are superb. Hotel staffs are professional. Thanks alot.
