Detail Very nice resort. Such a huge place! Perfect for family holiday. Rooms are quite good. Staffs are quite helpful and cooperative. Would travel again.

Detail goog location and service but Karaoke was expensive 500b./hour and added 10% service charge without notice. we used 1 hour karaoke but the person inchange made bill for 2 hours when we we the ONLY customers present there. thai food in restaurant could be better. many ants and mosquitoes. we stayed in new deluxe room in August and hotel was almost empty.

Detail The Sida resort is situated a nice place but the interior is in a bad shape, hols on the chair cover, big stains on the carpet. the whole place needs renovation. Compare to the standard it is too expensive.

Detail We had a great time in this resort.Good service , Clean & excellent location. Higly recommended for family outings & value for money. Breakfast for Muslims is limited & uncomfortable,No cereals,very very sweet Jams, etc expecting some changes soon after similar complaints frm others. The staff,especially the guards, are wonderful. Go ahead & try-out this resort .

Detail ห้องมีฝุ่นมาก ผ้าม่านขาดและเก่า เก้าอี้นั่งเก่า สกปรกและชำรุด เตียงยุบ พรมสกปรก จองห้องดีหน่อยเพราะเป็นโรคภูมิแพ้ แต่นอนไม่ได้เพราะฝุ่นเยอะมาก ตื่นเช้ามาขนติดเต็มเสื้อผ้า คันไปทั้งตัว โรงแรมนี้มีดีที่มีสถานที่ให้เดินและร่มรื่น สำหรับเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกมีครบ พนักงานต้อนรับรู้สึกจะไม่มีservice mind เท่าไร ไม่ค่อยดูแลสอบถาม รับแต่กลุ่มสัมนา

Detail Rooms were very nice and roomy. Considering the age of the resort it is in remarkable condition. Service was very good and facilities were comprehensive for the location.

Detail some of room facilities are out of order or not available and need maintenance . Bedside lantern has broken on/off switch,..no curtain in bathroom shower area. Water boiler pot should be provided in room.

Detail Nice receptionist, bell boy and maid. Towel & quilt should clean more than this because we re felt itch. Love foods & much activities interesting !! 90% for score !

Detail Good hotel in very nice surroundings. For a deluxe room I would have expected a kettle and facilities to have a coffee or tea at any time. The breakfast was very disappointing. The first day was a buffet but very limited. No eggs, bacon, tomatoes . The Thai meal was also poor. On the second day they decided to reduce your choise even further by not having a buffet and restricting your choise to rice soup. all for 1400 baht per night. I will obviously use other resorts or hotels in future when visiting the area.

Detail I booked a New Deluxe Room. Actually quite old fashioned. I wonder about the standard of not new Deluxe . Restaurant so-so and breakfast with very limited choice and food/eggs cold. Not warmly recommended, but may be the choice of hotels in the area is not large.

Detail Very bad for the price or very expensive for the quality. Small and old bungalow but sympathetic. AC is so noisy that we did not use it. A lot of paying activities in the resort. Good location. Be careful, staff is dumb and pretended we did not pay by Internet.
