Detail Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff, good services. Hotel is close to every places where you need to go. If I go to Railay again I will stay there.

Detail Excellent location though on east Railey. Nice but a little worne down. Scratch on the surface and it shows. Not as clean as it could be. The cloaks smelled of rotten egg some times.

Detail The resort is very beautiful and clean. The beach in front of the resort is not beautiful and not useful for swimming, but you can walk some minutes to the beaches on Railey-south and -west which are very beautiful. Very fine sand and clear water.

Detail We had a Villa plus - Rooms are spacious and have a modern bathroom with outdoor shower - so while the bedroom is alittle old and tired, overall still good quality for the price generally. Restauant and breakfasts are very ordinary though - so don t expect too much...

Detail บรรยกาศรีสอร์ท ร่มรื่นมาก ห้อง villa ที่พักก็กว้างขวาง ถ้าเทียบกับ sand sea ที่อยู่ด้านหน้า ห้องราคาพอๆกัน ห้องของ sun rise ดีกว่ามาก ผมยอมเสียเวลา เดินเข้ามาอีกหน่อยแต่ได้ห้องพักดีๆ สบายๆดีกว่า หาดฝั่งตะวันออกแม้จะเล่นน้ำไม่ได้ แต่ก็เป็นทิวทัศน์ที่งดงาม โดยเฉพาะช่วงเช้ากับช่วงเย็นที่น้ำขึ้น พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม และเป็นมิตรดี พร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือตลอด สิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุง: 1. ไม่มี internet free ต้องเสีย 2 บาทต่อนาที มี ฟรี wi-fi ที่บริเวณล็อบบี้ แต่ใน villa แต่ละหลังไม่มี 2. อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยประทับใจเท่าไหร่ ยังไม่หลากหลายพอ
room service facilities location reservationเป็นเว็บที่ให้ราคาดีมาก การจองเรียบร้อยไม่มีปัญหา แ่ต่ user interface ของเว็บ ยังล้าหลังอยู่ สมควรเร่งปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นทั้งในเรื่องของ design และ functionality และถ้าขยายไปยังต่างประเทศได้ยิ่งดี จะตามไปใช้บริการแน่นอน (ถ้าราคาถูกเหมือน โรงแรมในไทย)

Detail Very nice place to stay, and friendly staff as of all of Thailand! Probly better to stay on the west beach as there is no beach on the East, but its only a 5-10 walk!!

Detail Excellent hotel for family, they were flexible with us using the sofa and window bench to sleep our little ones. Breakfast great too. Only thing that could have been even better was a few degrees hotter in pool and wifi only available in lobby.

Detail Great resort vith nice bungalows in a peaceful gardem. They also have a very god restaurent with reasonable prices. Cheaper to book on Sawadee than direktly with the hotel.

Detail After many stays at Sunrise this was the last. Services was terrible. They don´t improve anything, refuse to repair broken things in the room. They need new manegement.

Detail big villa, nicely decorated but dark, lack of privacy, old and noisy aircon, clean but small pool, average breakfast, no internet access in the room, lots of mosquitoes. employees very rude !

Detail This was my second stay at Sunrise Tropical Resort. This time I came with my girlfriend and getting there was easy, we arranged for a transfer through Sawadee and it went great. We stayed in the private villa which was very nice - loved the outdoor shower. Room came with a mosquito net which we needed every night as there were mosquitos in the room. All around good place to stay, 5 minute walk to beautiful beach as well as many bars and restaurants. We ate every night on the other side of the island and the food was great and cheap. Pool area was nice and we had a nice show of a group of monkeys jumping from building to building which definitely added to the experience. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Detail Отличный отель. Бунгало - супер. Завтрак хороший. Персонал спешит помочь по любому вопросу. Минус отеля - не очень удачное расположение - на восточной стороне Рэйли. Побережье не слишком чистое, от мангров запах неприятный (а может это и не мангры виноваты, а стоки). Купаться там нереально, а во время отлива вода вообще метров на 100 уходит. Постоянно стоит куча лодок. Минусы восточного Рэйли компенсируется близостью к двум другим отличным пляжам. Пройти до западного Рэйли не проблема - минут 5 мимо минимарта и через территорию Sand Sea Resort. До Phranang Beach минут 8-10 по дорожке мимо скалы с причудливыми сталактитами. Пляж - супер!!! Постоянно встречали обезьян - макак и других каких-то (сами черные, а вокруг глаз - белые очки ). По пляжу бегают крабы. С удовольствием вернулся бы туда ещё.

Detail The place was very nice and the food for breakfast very good. One thing that should improuve is the attidude of your personnel. Not all the personnel, but I could say that 50% of the person where not very kind and we didn t relly feel welcome. Most of them worked in the restaurant and one at the reception. I think it is a really important thing if you want to keep your client satisfied. Thank you !

Detail Very friendly staff. I had a really good stay at this place. The only downside is the beds, I thought they were very uncomfortable and the toilet was a little blocked and things kept floating up from the pipes that didnt smell too flash.
