Detail Railay Bay Resort & Spa is a horrible hotel with very unprofessional stuff and no customer service whatsoever. Even the hotel location is fantastic, I d strongly recommend to avoid staying at this property.

Detail Had a wonderful stay at Railay Bay. Nearly everything was perfect. The restaurant was our only small complaint. They took our order, my husband got his meal and i sat waiting and didn t get mine AT ALL!! They said they were understaffed and busy, no excuse really.

Detail Perfect hotel the best meal the best location Лучше места не найти!!! Красивейшие пейзажи, 3 пляжа в пешей доступности. Очень очень очень вкусная еда и милейшие официанты в ресторане у моря, массажистки Кай и Нум выше всяких похвал,сервис в отеле достаточный, при этом совершенно не навязчивый. Прекрасный отель, уже скучаем. Очень рекомендуем.

Detail прекрасный отель, классные бунгало, хорошие завтраки, пляж неплохой, но вечером сильны отливы. 2 бассейна, много ресторанов вдоль берега.

Detail Room was good. Excellent access to beach, trekking and climbing. Food and waiting staff were below average. Not the usual Thai authenticity I am used to experience. Climbing and trekking were amazing and made up for it. Skip the island hopping tours. A rip off at overcrowded beaches.

Detail Wonderful Family Holiday. We stayed in a Suite Cottage - perfect location set back behind Beachfront cottages but close to beach, pool and restaurant. Clean, tidy and spacious - perfect for our small family of 3.

Detail Brilliant hotel in the best location. Expensive but worth paying for the comfort. Food is expensive and not really worth what they ask for but the breakfast is very good indeed. The only drawback is the TERRIBLE music they insist on playing every morning. Several request were made by my group to lower the volume or turn off the music but we were not attended to. I m absolutely sure that the majority of the guests would prefer to eat breakfast in silence rather than listen to the same poor thai copy of Richard Clayderman every single day!

Detail Great location at Railay with terrific beach and limestone karst mountains either end of beach.Resort within nice gardens with two swimming pools,one at beach and one in centre of resort.Rooms starting to look a little tired along with bathroom.Excellent breakfast.Check in stood at reception desk 10 minutes before being acknowledged.Observation not criticism but with staff you don t get the usual Thai smile as seen in other tourist areas in Thailand.Overall very good.

Detail I recommend Railay Beach Resort &Spa to all those who are planning for a holiday at Krabi especially at Railay Beach. Excellent resort and had a wonderful time there. Friendly and attentive staff who would go out of their way to make your stay really enjoyable.

Detail Very good service, except at first the Chief Reservation lady gave us a shock that she couldn t find our reservation. Other than that, the room was good. When the drain was stuck in the bathroom, they immediately came to fix. The transportation was on time with good bell service that wrap plastic around our luggage to avoid getting wet when transport in and out the boat.

Detail We stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! the service was great always with a smile but the bed frame design was not practical. The resort restaurant proved to be the best seafood compare to the bay side. We booked our transfer trips thru the resort which was best, stress free and cheaper. Pre-book a taxi online is also cheaper from airport to the pier. Check out Joy Beach Bar opposite cheapest (and good)local restaurant call Mom s. ask local they ll know!

Detail Still a great place to stay (we stayed here 2 years ago) although it seemed a bit understaffed during the busy weekend. Restaurant is OK but thay are nicer (and cheaper) restaurants on the east side with a backpackers athmosphere.

Detail deluxe cottage соответствуют описанию в номерах хорошо единственно - стоит отметить - полы каменные и скользкие убирать номера приходилось зазывать, и качество уборки оставляет желать лучшего ресторан и завтраки хорошие расположение отеля удобное территория понравилась заказывали трансфер в отель с Ао Нанг и с отеля в аэропорт - на высшем уровне

Detail Beautiful location, very attentive staff, reasonable rates(we went in low season) food was great with large variety and good prices as well. Privacy suite was exactly what we d hope for and more. Definitely going back there!!!
