Detail Hotellet var innbydende og delikat. Synes servicen var generell god, men serveringa om kvelden var noko dårleg organisert. Beliggenheten er suveren!Sentralt, men også roleg om kvelden. God frokostbuffet og elles bra mat.

Detail Best place we have ever stayed.Upgraded to a bungalow room and it was lovely.Pool was magnificent breakfast was good except I had a very small piece of fish in sauce that had about 100 bones in it,breakfast staff need to smile a bit and have milk on hand for tea or coffee outside.Location was perfect.Pool closes way too early as its the hotels best asset.

Detail Nice resort, close to beach, agreeable pool area and we had a spacious and comfy suite, normal breakefast. On the negative side, never a free sunbed after 0700 in the morning, all occupied by towels,books etc. We had one lunch and one dinner at the restaurant, very slow service and absolutely not good food, so we didn t eat more there. Very expensive internet access, and American Express was not accepted. And the hardest matress we ever have experienced in Thailand. Conclusion: We will never more visit hotel/resort without free internet and having to fight for sunbeds at pool.

Detail Everything was 1. class at Golden Beach Resort, except for (in our opinion) the total missunderstanding of how to celebrate christmas.That was a typical american way and as far as we could see, there were no americans there. nowhere in europe celebrates Christmas that way. Most of all very enoying and too loud music at every breakfast ! We will not visit this hotel again during Christmas, but other seasons:YES !We also made a written complaint to the management, but that did not help unfortunately.

Detail The location is great at the walking street in central Ao Nang . The staff was friendly. Except for one dinner at the restaurant. We complained that the BBQ White Snapper was raw. The kitchen tried to fool us by BBQ the same fish and turn it upsidedown. The final bill at the resturant wasn t correct at all. The tour Girl was friendly and helped us with a private tour to the waterfall. The pool is ok, except for all guest reserving the best sunchairs before breakfast with towels .

Detail Great resort and location so close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities including a large swimming pool and restaurant with a full breakfast. I would stay there again and will tell all my friends about Gloden Beach Resort.

Detail The hotel has an excellent location on Ao Nang Beach. The room was fine and the pool was also good. Breakfast spread was ok. However, the service quality dissapointed us. We had to ask for tea/coffee sachet refills every day, staff rarely made eye contact and smiled. Wifi came at a high price. We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to extend our stay by a day at the same price which the hotel refused despite the resort being totally empty. Overall average exprience, compared to our superior experiences in similar priced hotels in Phuket and Bangkok.

Detail My friend and I had a wonderful expirienced at Golden Beach Resort! Staffs and service was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great! Love the pool! The location wast a place was a great get away! I will highly recommend to friends! The only minor error was notes in room are not clear which water was complimentary? Really enjoy it very much! Booking online sawadee was very helpful service! Thanks Sarina

Detail Every thing ok but would be much better if had free internet in every room as people from all over world come to stay at your hotel.the swimming pool only open from 0900hrs to 1800 hrs.I have many friends that come to thialand and would stay with you if you had free internet if added 200baht to cost of room and add free internet. i had very good time and will come again next year with free internet i hope. yours michael alllen and new wife noke.

Detail I was in generel pleased with my stay at the Golden Beach Resort, however having to spend 12 days in the executive bungalows with an air condition that only worked half of the time and with several electricity interruptions, is deducting a bit from stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, although english skills could be improved. Internet rates are very expensive and I experienced 2 days out of a week, where the wireless did not work. However having mentioned this, the staff and other facilities leaves me and my family with a good impression of Thailand and a satisfactory stay and Golden Beach Resort.

Detail ตอนไปถึงใหม่ๆผมไปถึงตอนประมาณ 19.00น. ทางเข้าค่อนข้างมึดครับ ห่างจากถนนใหญ่ประมาณ30M.แต่ยังดีที่เข้ามามีร้านอาหารหลายร้าน และโรงแรมอ่าวนางวิลล่า เป็นถนนแคบๆรถวิ่งได้1คันสบาย 2 คันต้องหลบกันบ้าง เมื่อถึงโรงแรมทางโรงแรมตอนรับดีครับ แต่นิดนึงจัดห้องให้ผิดครับผมเลือกที่นอนเป็น Double bed แต่จัดที่นอนให้เป็น Twin bed ให้มา แต่พอแจ้งทางโรงแรมก็เปลี่ยนให้เลยได้ห้อง pool view ดีกว่าครับ OK เลยไม่ต้องเพิ่มอะไร บรรยากาศในโรงแรมกลางคืนดูมึดไปหน่อยครับ แต่เงียบสงบดีเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน ตอนเช้าตื่นมา บรรยากาศในโรงแรมดีครับ และที่สำคัญทางโรงแรมมีเลี้ยงนกไว้ด้วยครับ ตอนเช้าเดินออกจากโรงแรมไปที่ทะเล ใกล้มากครับแค่เดินข้ามถนนเล็กๆ 10กว่าก้าวก็ถึงทะเลแล้ว ใกล้มากๆ ที่ดีที่สุดวิวทะเลตอนเย็นตอนพระอาทิตย์กำลังตกสวยมากๆครับ สรุปโดยรวมแล้วอยู่ในขั้นดีครับ โรงแรมเล็กๆ สบายๆ ครับ ชิวๆกับบรรยากาศแค่นี้ผมก็ไม่อยากกลับกรุงเทพแล้วครับ

Detail Golden Beach Resort is in a very good location by the beach. Pavillion Suite was fine and we were upstairs near the pool. Could see water treatment plant at rear, but never had any smells. Pool area was good, with a good size pool. Breakfast was lacking in variety and did get boring after a while. All staff very courteous. Would recommend

Detail Расположение отеля в Ао Нанге - идеальное. Территория отеля выглядит замечательно. Но вот 2-х этажные бунгало - это был сюрприз: не хочется подниматься по лестнице на 2-й, а если живешь на 1-ом, то ... как повезет с соседями сверху. Питание как и везде. Неплохой ресторан, на случай, если не хочется никуда ходить вечером. Отличный бассейн. А вот персонал отеля страдает . Но это сказывается наличие арабско-массульманских направленностей.

Detail Its a nice hotel, if you dont mind about too much service. The food is very nice, as the location, as its directly at the beach. Nearly directly, as you have to walk over one small street. But the service was very weak, the room service forgot 24 hours to pick up the dishes, until it was full over ants. In the end i had to bring it personaly to one staff. I would have not mind, if they really would not have seen the dirty dishes, but the room service moved it from one corner in an other corner. Also the swimming pool was dirty, we found glass bottles in the water, as plenty of stones. The pool bar, was sometimes closed at 4 pm, then again 5 pm, then again 6 pm. After asking for drinks, it was told us they dont sell drinks after 4 pm, what was not true, as the first day we bought a drink at 6 pm. Very unusually for me was, that usually hotels are also friendly to thai people, as we were traveling in a group with 4 other thais, and the hotel was not very friendly to them, asked them every day for their key cards, as ignored them when they wanted to order. So yes its a nice hotel, if you dont mind about staff and service.
