Detail We book the hotel from home as the first hotel on Samui. We had at a big room(two rooms) and it was clean and nice. The breakfast was a little expensive but the room was cheap. There is some local traffic, and the pavement are not for small children. Not many tourist places to eat, but the local ones are equally good. The staff are very helpfull and polite.

Detail Hello, Our experience of your hotel was fantastic, rooms were great, restaurant awesome food.The only thing I can complain about was the women staff were so flirty with my husband he was made really uncomfortable and didnt want to stay.

Detail The hotel was cheap, and the rooms where clean and neat. The hotel had all kinds of hamocks and chairs to relax on, and the food and cocktails were fantastic.

Detail We decided to stay here because Sawadee.com recommended us and it was a right! Actually, we did not expect this hotel much because we needed to stay somewhere near the airport just for a night as we must wake up 5:30 am to catch a flight to BKK the following day. But, now we feel like going back to Samui Pier for longer stay. We can see the hotel staff are used to attend to the overnight customers who go to Koh Pangan or Samui Airport like us very much. One of the lady staff (Forgot to ask her name, pretty too!) is very kind and extremely efficient! Once she found out that we needed to wake up at 5.30 am next day, before we open my mouth to ask her, she offred and arranged a wake-up knock (Not Call ) by a secury guard, booked a taxi to the airport at reasonable rate, and told us how to return the room key (Because no one in the front desk in such early morning)for us. She has made all these arrangements in about 5 minutes at the time of our Check-In! Besides, the atomosphere of this hotel as well as this area(Big Buddah Beach) are wonderful! You can enjoy the view of beautiful palm trees, sunset in Koh Pangan, etc. The room we stayed was a Delux room which was good enought enjoy the seaview. The room is a simple but very clean, and confortable. The only dislike is Aircon. It was a type that we can not control the wind direction very well. So, I had to sleep by the blowing wind by the aircon for the whole night. But it was tolerable anyway. We like this hotel very much and highly recomment!

Detail Впечателие в целом хорошее, выбором довольны. Отель небольшой. Территория красивая - газоны и пальмы. Номера небольшие, но есть все необходимое. Удобно добираться к Большому Будде, на Чон Мон, на Бо Пут, удобен для транзита на Пнган. Уборка отличная. Из минусов - купаться в море невозможно - грязная вода (отель расположен между двумя пирсами), бассейн маленький. Рядом аэропорт и самолеты отлично видно и слышно.

Detail Very nice resort! Clean, big and comfortable rooms. If problems, the staff is very pleasant and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel doesn t serving breakfast but they have a very good small restaurant in the territory. The only problem is that the hotel located between two piers and it can be quite noisy when the boats are lending and there are many people on the piers. To avoid this you can just choose the room inside the garden, the hotel is small and it seems you will have a seaview in any case. And also this is the great choice for those who are going to Full moon party. The special caution can be seen under the reception desk that during the Full moon parties period the noise disturbtions could be caused. I would like to thank the hotel staff and the owners who made our stay in Samui very comfortable. The atmosphere is very friendly. Also hello to our friend Junior! Detail Excellent and smiling service in all areas. Two minor restrictions : cocktails are made of ice cubes with some colour... Wi-Fi is limited to the restaurant area.

Detail Loved this hotel, we stayed here because its in a convenient location to get to the full moon party on koh phangan (its right next to the pier, and you can buy boat tix through the hotel). The room was very clean and modern, the hotel staff were always really friendly. Plus the hotel is right on the beach with their own deck chairs, they also have a great pool, hammocks, and swing chairs. Would def stay here again, and recommend it if you want to stay on samui to get across to the full moon party.

Detail Overall I did enjoy my stay at the Samui Pier I would recommend room no 25 as this is the only room which is on level 1 and the views are great! The room itself was a little small and I would suggest to the managers a hairdryer in the bathroom would be good and more towels too! But overall the room is fine

Detail This is a great place to stay the owners and there staff are very friendly and helpful and will do anything to make your stay a pleasant one. the food at the restaurant was outstanding. rooms were big and clean.

Detail We stayed for four days. It was beautiful and the bungalow was nice and clean. The beach was clean and we found that Samui Pier take very good care of thier grounds. Close to the beach and lovely facilities (pool, bambpo platforms in the garden and at the wateredge etc).Service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a bit expensive. Not ideal for families with very small children, entrance is on a busy road. The beach and garden are quiet and well kept. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and other tourist stuff.

Detail just returned from 13 nights staying in paradise.....travelled from scotland with the family including a 3 year old... location amazing, staff attentive at all times, made most welcome, will definetly return.. 10/10 management you have it right...
