Detail A fantastic hotel right on the quiet south end of Chaweng Beach. Good for couples and people who want a clean and quiet end of the beach, but still within a 10-minute shuttle ride to the heard of Chaweng.

Detail Very nice resort in south chaweng so not so much noise in a beautiful area beach. Nice junior suite, very confortable and big room with flat screen tv and dvd, nice balcony where i had a side-part sea view. The aircon is great not directly onto the bed, good room service and dinner on the beach, very good food and so so nice staff espacially Pla . Good service on the beach with lounge chairs and big parasols for nice shade. All my demands were satisfied as reconfirm flights, they made a reservation in another restaurant, they send my postcards, they recommend me a nice taylor. Very very nice staff !

Detail Very nice place to stay, if you are not seeking for bars, clubs, and other busy stuffs. Located at the south end of chaweng beach, it s very quiet a hotel. Beach sand is perfect for children to play on. Pool is small, but beautiful, with a sepatated children section. The Staff is kind and helpful. Shortcoming: inner restaurant is not worth its price, and I had a terrible lunch and never go there, though breakfast (western style) is good. Eastern guests from C/J/K may feel little uncomfortable, typical eastern foods are not there, like conjee. Luckily, 10 min s bus/taxi will put yourself into the busy center of chaweng road, and you can enjoy every kinds of fun there.

Detail The Bungalow looked nice and it was fully equipped. Beds were ok. The bathroom fantastic. But there was a hugh problem in the room, the odor. From where didn t find out. We didn t stay full time and had to leave. Which meant that we although had to pay for all stay. We only stayed 3 out of 7 nights. We will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Detail We requested twin room but we were told there was only double bed. We had to wait the room to be made again. Also internet and telephone in room did not work. After complaint, we were moved to another room but the room had very bad smell.

Detail Our stay at Samui Paradise Chaweng was nothing short of amazing. The Paradise Suite was magical and easily the best location within the resort. The staff provided amazing service and friendly greetings. I cannot fault our stay in anyway, the resort is a hidden gem in the BEST location within Chaweng Beach.

Detail We stayed at Grand Deluxe Villa. The room was clean and O.K but little small and dark. Surprised to find the closet in the bath room. Nice verandah but could not stay long due to mosquito and sweage smell sometime. The pool is small but nice. What we like most is the breakfast because variety of fruits! In addition to the standard common fruit like banana, watermelon and pineapple, variety of tropica fruits such as Mangosteen, Dragon fruit, papaya, Lambootan, etc. are served every day. All the staff are hard working and very friendly. The staff at the front desk are (trained to be?) nice too. At the last night of our stay, one of the staff knocked at the door and passed the questionnaire asking us to fill in. It seems that they are trying to improve their service. The suits rooms facing the beach looked like just renovated, they looked really nice. It must be wonderful to stay one of these suits room if you can afford.

Detail Très bel hôtel typique, belles chambres et superbe situation. Personnel très accueillant et capable. Le seul hic est le canal qui se déverse dans la mer à côté de l hôtel et qui amène passablement de saletés. Mais il suffit de s éloigner un peu pour retrouver une eau parfaitement claire. Très bon séjour.

Detail This resort is so nice! Not too big, you can easily find your way around. just steps from the best part of Chaweng beach. I can recomend the Grand deluxe villa. Their restaurant was the best of the ones we tried on Chaweng. The staff was wonderful. They did everything with a smile. thanks, Thomas & Hakan, Sweden

Detail Great location at Chewang. At the very end of the beach. Far enough to avoid the noise but close enough to walk to all the action. Fantastic having a security guard stop the traffic so you can cross the road. Right on the beach with cordoned off area so you don t get hassled by hecklers. Great walk long the beach. Buffet breakfast was reasonable and pool was lovely. Coffee fantastic. Rooms were very nice and so spacious with enormous bathrooms. Shower a little weak but pretty typical of Thailand. Very clean and neat and great hard beds. Lots of water was provided. Free internet at reception. All round great resort.

Detail This was our second visit to Samui Paradise as we really enjoyed the first one. The location is great at a quite and best part of the beach. The staff in the bar, beach and restaurant work very hard and are welcoming. Unfortunatley I could not say the same about the reception staff. We first had a problem with the room booking because they wanted to put us in a room by the road instead of the beach. This took some time and an extra £200 (9000 THB) to resolve. I then requested an umberella when it was raining to be told that we already had one which was not true,I was then told I had been seen with one the previous day. I was made to feel like a complete liar over something simple like this. I was then charged in GBP for my check out bill at a very poor exchange rate. When I requested that the payment be made in Thai Bhat, I was told this could not be done, until I insisted and pointed out on the receipt that they should have given me a choice which they had not and had added an extra 10% to my bill. I think this hotel has some great things going for it but must realise that paying customers should be treated with a little more respect and dignity. I am not someone who moans about the slightest thing and this is the first time I have felt strongley enough about something to leave a negative feedback.
room service facilities location reservationI have used sawadee.com on many occasions over the past two years, this hotel is the first problem I have encountered and unfortunatley no one at the hotel or sawadee were helpful at all in resolving our dispute, disapointing given the simple circumstances.

Detail For the first time I have had the feeling to be in the best Hotel of the whole beach and to top that off, I also thought we had the most beautiful rooms there (right at the pool). verybeautiful location. Unfortunately we came at the beginning of the rainy season and I would definitely not recommend to do that. Once the rains fall, the beach becomes very dirty and the sand is washed away quickly.

Detail My daughter and I spent 12 amazing days at this resort.Good service,location,short walk to everything.The staff at the resort were very helpful.Food was great,lots variety to chose.Beach A+++,excellent.Sand is white,fine,a lot of vegetation. Excellent! Will use again!

Detail good service and nice resort just as last year (this is our second visit). The only concern is: the sand beach is not as tidy and clean as it used to be. A lot of broken bricks and I don t know why. By the way, you should NOT use Room 601 as it is next to the beach bar and will be noisy till midnight.

Detail In did not allowed us to late check out , on arrival no soap or shower gel was refilling we had to call houskeeping. Thai food not good and no taste.
