Detail the deluxe room we reserved had nothing to do with the word DELUXE, the lift was inoperative throughtout our stay on the 4th floor.. we had to carry our suitacases by ourselves all the way up..the amenities in the room were less than basic.the room was never cleaned until we requested.. only the towels,[only two} were changed,the rooms were serviced only after 14:00, as the maid was very busy chatting with her co-workers in the lobby. we looked for a manager, who was never to be found....i would not recommend this hotel to anybody, although the location of the hotel was in the centre.

Detail I stay here every time go to samui. Great hotel in a good location, with big clean room s. Will be back again in January for 2 weeks. Highly recommended.

Detail It s in a very good location, with all choices of food, massage, etc. It s very close to the beach, only 5 minutes. It s not expensive. The only problem maybe that there is no view from a standard room. Because it s on the street and not facing the beach directly

Detail I stayed in the Deluxe room. Excellent room with plenty of space. At night you could hear the music from the nearby nightlife, but that was not a problem for me. To get to the beach you just cross the road, walk through a resort and you were at the beach. The staff were helpful and really friendly. The hotel is new and it shows. This is fantastic value budget accomodation: the room would not look out of place in a 4 star hotel. Would happily stay here again, even though there is no pool.

Detail Good rooms for the price, its my 3rd stay here, I have tried some other hotels nearby which have been double the price and not as good. Only drawback is its a bit of a walk to the beach unless you go through the resort opposite and hope no one stops you

Detail great hotel. i stay here every time i go to samui, and will continue to do so. lovely big clean rooms, and a great shower. friendly staff, and a good location. highly recomended for the money!

Detail Enjoyed the balconys and the service. I am 70 yrs old and they had to assist me with a few things. The room was very clean and if I ever get back, will probably want that room again as it has a great view. Satisfied completely!

Detail Rooms were nice and big and aircon was freezing, room service was good. Hotel is a bit loud late a night as there is a irish pub right infront and the reggae pub at the back which goes on till after 2. This was my first time and samui and i booked here for the first 6 days i dont think i would stay again just because of the price you can get places half the price on the beach which are just as nice.

Detail Great hotel, large and clean room, very pleasent and kind stuff. We enjoied very much our stay there during our honeymoon vacation and highly recomend this hotel as the best cost performance hotel!!!! Will be happy to come back!!

Detail The hotel was centrally located in Chaweng Beach dirctly across from the beach. The rooms were very spacious and in excellant condition. The staff was very hospitable. All in all a very pleasant stay at the Lakeside Residence.

Detail Great place, great service. We took the deluxe room which was clean and in a great condition. The hotel is located in the center of the Chaweng street. The downside is that there is no pool in the hotel but it is 4 minutes walk from the beach. Our room faced the lake and was a little loud because of the raggae pub on the other side of the lake (great pub, visit there).
