Detail Отель очень удачно расположен вблизи остновных тусовочных мест, в то же самое время в нем достаточно тихо. В номерах ремонт староват, однако кондиционер работает,обслживание (смена полотенеци белья) - хорошее. В номере есть чайник и хороший телевизор. Русских каналов нет. Пляж хороший (в Таиланде они все в общем доступе, территория не огорожена как в Турции или Египте). На пляже достают водномотоциклисты, гоняют туда-сюда. в целом хороший отель а свои недорогие цены (я снимал номер зв 1900 бат в день). Завтраки брать не нужно - в отеле они доргие, а выйдя на улицу огромный выбор всего на любой вкус и кошелек.

Detail Good: Very nice location with Beach 50 meters to walk on one side and the street life 50 meters to walk on the other side of the resort. Clean rooms- Bad: The room on ground level have some bad smell. The reception staffs are very impolite, not friendly attitude at all! When I was there it was a lot of guest’s from Australia and they were very noisy. Due to the location I think this is more like a “party resort hotel” I will not recommend this Hotel. Find some other Hotel..

Detail we stayed here 2yrs ago and come back again this year. The hotel is in strategic position, too many things under maintenance. Too many water-sky jet on the sea, in front the hotel. To have a saftey approach to the sea u need to go 200 hundreds meters far.

Detail Hotel was in poor condition. Over a period of 10 days the pool went brown twice we also had issues with the hot water, air conditioning, toilet and power. Great place however would recomend stay somewhere else.

Detail Good average resort (3 star). Smallish pool. Very central on Chaweng. Good staff. Good (paid) internet access. Terrible coffee at breakfast - would thoroughly recommend Starbucks across the road

Detail The hotel was fantastic. The junior suite was absolutely beautiful. The staff were very helpful, and loved saying hi to our 2 kids, making entering and leaving the foyer last about 5 minutes every time! While dining at the street front restaurant, they took our 10month old son so we could dine in peace! And the children s pool is quite large and partly shaded all day.

Detail location is awesome!\r\natmosphere is good also,very coloreful, and looks like santa fe.\r\non the other hand, the sink was almost clogged all the time. and one evening, there was no water for a hour.not only tap,but toilet and shower!\r\nanyway,I guess in general, nice price good hotel.

Detail Hotel is a great spot at Chaweng running from street (shopping) through to the beach. Water out front of resort not so clean due to all the jetskis which are set up right in front. Found we walked either up or down the beach to find nicer spots to swim which is fun. Arrived at hotel for our 2 week break to be shown probably the worse bungalow in the resort it was small, tiny balcony and was at the back of the house cleaning room. We asked if we could have another room as it was quite depressing - after many different options and rooms shown we had to agree to 3 room moves during our stay as they had no other rooms apparently. They said if we hadn t booked through Sawadee they may have been more flexible!! Generally the staff were not overly friendly, breakfast was fine. Rooms are nothing flash but they are quiet, clean and quite big. Small pool but nice - no-one swims in it as you are right on the beach. I would stay again but I would certainly be specific as to the room I wanted, purely because of its location and price.

I could not fault Sawadee s booking service they were incredibly helpful and efficient through the whole process. I only wonder though if we had paid a little more through a travel agent we would have had more flexibility as to our room allocation?

Detail Good location right on Chewang beach. Service was good and the breakfast was satisfactory.Rooms were quite dated and some of the decking areas could use some attention. Overall a little overpriced but in resort areas like Samui accomodation prices tend to be higher.Would stay there again mainly because of the good location.

Detail This was my sixth visit to the Baan Samui Resort. It is the best location i.e. beach and shops, very reasonable hotel. Staff have changed since my last visit and I found reception not as friendly. Dining room staff were friendly enough and so were housemaids. I was sad that breakfast is no longer served on the beach but up the back which is very hot, with no breeze or aircond. I missed the dinners at night out on the beach, as now all night dining is at the front, but saying all this we have checked out other resorts in Chaweng and you still cannot beat the Baan Samui Resort and I will defintely return.

Detail hello i stayed at baan samui for 2.5 weekes. location is grate. staff are very nice. but still have bad smell at thw toilet. also hotel charges 3,000 baht for bringing lady to the room

Detail Overall Samui is expensive for hotels so you will most likely feel you are not getting what you expected compared with somewhere like Bangkok. That said I really did like this hotel & will stay again. I have stayed at other 3* hotels here & this one is far superior the pool is nice all the public areas are clean & in good condition. The rooms are not the biggest but are clean & functional. The staff were also very helpful.

Detail hotel and its sfaff are friendly few staff speak any english whatsoever, hotel on main street with direct access to a busy beach ...it is ok but compared to others there it is overpriced BUt worst thing is smell of sewerage that spasmodically comes and when it is in a room it is disgusting there is a drainage problem in the resort and on the main street one good point the breakfasts are good.....for the price there are better hotels in same area

Detail Very friendly & helpful staff. Superior Delux room could of been better, 3rd bed was a camp bed, not very comfortable. Very good breakfast. I would return to this hotel, great central location & best part of beach. It would of been good if the beach bar stayed open in the evening to have a relaxing drink.

Detail I only stayed one night but had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. I did not detect any strange smell , nor did I buy water from the hotel as several bottles are already supplied free each day in your hotel room. I was upgraded to a superior deluxe room at no extra charge and all the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The place doesn t look like much from the front but its very nice once you get inside. I would stay there again.

Detail The location is good, people are nice, however there always was a bad smell (like sewage)in the rooms and also outside in the garden. The price of drinks and food was higher than the other hotels of the same range, i was shocked that the price of water was like 100 baht or more!

I was very annoyed to know that the hotel had rooms available after the 23rd, we had to move to another hotel as this was fully booked! it could have saved us the hassle..

Detail If you re looking for a hotel witih a good location, friendly service and a great beach, then we can highly reccomend this resort. The staff are really great .The Superior deluxe rooms on the lower level are well worth looking at for the extra money. We have stayed many times and will be back again in May.

Detail Great resort with the best location,everything you need within walking distance.Rooms are nice and there was a nice variety at the breakfast buffet.Staff are friendly and helpful especially one of the managers Lorraine Sim.Will definitely stay at this resort next time we visit Koh Samui

Detail I can totally reccomned the Baan Samui Resort. Even though they had double booked my room when I arrived,they gave me alternative accomodation for one night plus a cash refund - all done with those wonderful Thai manners.
