Detail had 1 week on lipa noi then moved to lamai . spent 1 week at samui palace for the 3rd time. every thing as good as before only problem was given a pool side room as requested but was given the room on the end of the block. this room had the stairs next to it which led up to the second floor. this was very noisy at night and 1st thing in the morning.although this is classed as a pool side room it should be cheaper than the other pool side rooms.had intended staying 3 weeks only stayed 1 week owing to the noise.all other aspects of the hotel were very very good as usual

Detail the hotel is excellent. booked for five days, spent twenty! and it is eighteen months from the child., a pool large enough sunbeds vsem.personal attentive, cleaning and room service super. load up on breakfast and lunch. From the sea two minutes hodby.Do center of Lamai one minute. Everyone I recommend this hotel. Rooms overlooking the pool is better than sad.My will be happy to return

Detail Absolutely gorgeous setting in the gardens around the pool - great pool too. Poolside rooms are the go for a bit extra quietness, but I d say it would only be the couple closest to road to suffer street noise very bad - as A/C often covers most sounds. Good Brekky and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the cleaners quick and efficient as soon as we left room each day. Location is great for the bars, to the right of entrance was an arcade area of bars and the kick boxing ring, to the left was the soi s with heaps of bars and restaurants all around, the night market is directly across from driveway. I would definately stay here again.

Detail Dirty swimming pool. The pool side at water level have many stain(black colour). Make up the room not good. No coffee and cotton bud provided. Need we are requested at front desk. we never stay again.

Detail Amui Palace is a good hotel, value for money, close to the beach, good beds en big rooms. Staff was kind and helpfull.

Detail Great location in the middle of the action of Lamai. No noise from the partyzone at all. I stayed in poolside room. The breakfast is very boring. You have to order a dish and only 5 to choose from. A buffet would be much better. All the people working there are nice and I would definetely stay here on my next visit.

Detail Fantastic location only metres off the main drag (opp night market). So quiet and peaceful right in the heart of Llamai. Minutes from the best massages and the very excellent night food market. 3 min walk to the beach but I had a poolside room so just walked out of my room and had a swim when I wanted. The pool is huge and luxurious but this brings lots of noisy families with kiddies. Ipod is essential. Watch out for serial sunlounge hoggers -will put their towel on sunlounge all. I just threw them off after 30 mins or so. Selfish pricks. Staff were brilliant and the best after 10 holidays to Thailand. BBC and channel v would have been nice. Cant really givr 5 stars because they dont much. Great breaky and nice resident kitties and doggies.

Detail Very good, nice and central hotel, close to the city on the one hand, and the other way close to the beach. Friendly staff everywhere. A little inadequate breakfast, but clean rooms, nice courtyard setting. Very affordable hotel. Very good taxi service!

Detail I use this Resort 3 times a year and it fails to dissapoint every time. It represents good value for money and staffing attention is very good.Agreed it is not on the beach but it is in a good location for quiet yet local situation. My vote every time.

Detail Book this Hotel!! We stayed at a number of hotels in the area (more expensive) and did not enjoy them as much. This place screams Price for Value. The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and you have your privacy. Remember nothing is perfect, the breakfast is very basic (but enough) and the beds is a bit hard for my taste. Location is 30 secs from the main road (but extremely quiet) and 2 minute walk to the beach. The Pool is amazing and bigger than other hotels. We came here on our honeymoon and the decorated our room beautifully. I don t normally like writing reviews, but this hotel deserves it.

Detail Pleasant staff. Breakfast could be better, missing a wider range and fresh juices. Problems with the sharp edges of the pool where my daughter get hurt. A little hard beds, but otherwise a great hotel, clean and tidy.

Detail Good hotel that is convenient enough to walk to Lamai beach and bars. Friendly front desk staff too. Nice, clean room and was beyond my expectation for a 3 star.

Detail Great hotel, quiet location but 5 minutes from all the bars,nightlife, beach etc. Good pool, staff friendly and helpful but not in your face, rooms cleaned daily at your conveniance, breakfasts good, adequate choice and food prepared fresh. We stayed at the weekender twice before, am samui is cheaper and better and we will stay here every time from now on. Mick, Doreen, Eddy and Bridie from England. PS use the yellow ATM s, they do not charge, the rest charge a 150baht transaction fee.

Detail First rate hotel and service with a surprisingly quiet surrounding. Just far enough away from the madding crowds and a 3 minute walk away from the beach. Gee-Gee (Manageress) will take care of everything for you and has become my favourite place to stay in Lamai.

Detail Very beautiful hotel with a large beautiful pool. The staff was the friendliest I have experienced!!! Rooms were modern, nice and clean. A bit of night noise (beating drums) crept in but that is to be expected in Lamai Beach, with its all-night bars and clubs. If you want very quiet, try Bo Phut Beach on Koh Samui.

Detail Excellent quality at a good price. Staff attentive, room clean clean. Breakfasts good, everything you need. Rested with her husband 10 days in August and the people at the hotel a little bit, no fuss. The beach is 3 minutes walk. And best of all, the beach is clean, convenient entrance to the sea/ Nearby there is a market where you can buy a variety of fruits, around the many cafes and restaurants.
