Detail I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. This was the first time I stayed in this hotel. The service is good, staff very friendly, value for money is good. The place is well maintained, access to the beach nice and the deluxe bungalow in which I was staying was pleasant, comfortable and spacious. The team did everything to make my stay pleasant. I would stay next time. I think however that the other categories of bungalows (standard) which are proposed are a bit too small. Finally, there was sometimes a little too much noise late at night, probably firecrackers. But overall very nice place.

Detail Det första rummet vi fick var riktigt trist och ganska slitet men då vi påpekade att rummen på bilderna på deras hemsida var mycket finare och att det var ett sånt fint rum vi trodde vi betalade för så fick vi ett nytt och fint rum. Vi hade tv, dvd, vattenkokare, samt 2 vattenflaskor gratis dagligen, daglig städning samt nya handdukar, även handdukar att ta med till poolen eller stranden. Den unga personalen i restaurangen var otroligt trevliga och rara samt mycket hjälpsamma varpå vi var friskostiga med dricksen till dem. Frukostbuffén var superbra och vi saknade inget och har heller inget att klaga på över denna semester förutom att det var väldigt tomt på turister men det kan vara skönt också. Boka gärna ert boende på Al´s Hut och hoppas ni som vi får ett lika trevligt bemötande.

Detail Known to locals as Al Hut it is now even better with a new infinity swimming pool. Being on the flight path will not annoy you as much as the Dumb & Base noise into the early hours which is inevitable being in the centre of Chaweng. Clean and convenient huts. Sea water in Chaweng is polluted at the moment so no sea swimming hence swimming pool ideal.

Detail This was second time at Al s Hut. The room is small but it is just a place to sleep. Room facilities met requirements. The swimming pool is fantastic and the breakfast was good. Will stay here again. Dave Engelbrecht South Africa

Detail Needs some money spent to upgrade as I think I changed rooms at least 5 times during my stay due to leaking air-conditioning or tv not working lights not working water pipe bursting in bathroom soaking the whole room including my luggage/clothes which I was not compensated for to clean so I would not look at staying again even if it was cheap.

Detail Location, location, location. Right on the beach in the heart of the resort, fantastic. Huts were small and basic but perfect. Hotel staff were great, special thanks to Paul and the breakfast staff who assisted with my omlette cooking exercise-much fun!!

Detail Beautiful, if very small, bungalows - and thats where the good news ends I m afraid. This resort is so noisy that we hardly slept a wink in 4 days and we are party animals and had ear plugs! It is not the resort s fault but due to its location. Blaring music from a nearby bar until 6am every morning, right under the koh samui flight path so horrendous aircraft noise from 7.30am, plus the new beach front merchandise is HUGE fireworks being sold to tourists - sounds like being on a firing range til well beyond 3am! What is the resort s fault is that breakfast runs out around 9.30am although it is supposed to be available until 10.30am. The staff in the restaurant are not helpful and the cashier insists on picking her nose! Internet access is very expensive (cyberpoint) Finally, the evening/night time receptionist is the rudest most sullen woman I have ever met in Thailand! Go elsewhere - right up the other end of Chaweng, but if you want to escape the stench of raw sewage in the street try Bophut or Lamai instead!

Detail Hi, this is a real great place. Rooms are not that big, but sufficient, very clean, not expensive, and you get a good breaktfast even at 06.30 in the morning, if you have to catch a plane. The resort is very nice and green, quiet, only some steps away from the beach and also from busy Chaweng. So, a really great place to be.

Detail Al’s Hut are great located and the bungalows are OK but the beach was a big disappointment, it was so dirty and full of shit both up on the beach and in the water. You have to walk to another place to take a bath or for some nice spot in the sand. This is not a big problem, you just have to walk 10 minutes but it’s not what one expect to find and it lower the rate for the place. /Kennet

Detail Good location, friendly staff and great little place to stay, But not impressed by Chaweng beach, if you can, have a look around and stay on another beach on samui, but if you re set on staying in this area then Al s hut gets a big thumbs up!

Detail Excellent location, right on Chewang beach & easily accessible to & from the main Chewang street. Real Value for money. The hotel has decent size rooms but little cramped. They need to provide better lighting in the rooms, the room s not bright enough during the night.

Detail Bungalows are very small, full with ants everywhere. No complimentary safe boxes even though written in check-in forms. Nice breakfast buffet. Some bungalows don t have phones. I will never come back.

Detail Al s Hut is definately recommended. The Accomodation was clean, spacious and exactly as described. The position of the huts directly leading down to the beach was briliant and all of the staff extremely helpful.

Detail if you are looking for a nice place to stay, look no further than al s hut. A beautiful, private hut just for you n your partner. we were pleasantly surprised with the venue and the scenery around the area. The shopping area is a stone s throw away and the beach is right in front of the hotel.
