Detail Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche erleben dürfen. Wunderschönes Resort, schöner Strand und viel Ruhe. Personal und Inhaber sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, zurückhaltend und liebenswert. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, für thail. Verhältnisse super. Immer wieder würden wir buchen.

Detail Hello, I m very surprised about the many good reviews that this resort has received. Therefore, I will describe my impressions at this resort. Our room was actually very nice because it had a very nice sea view and by good weather you could even see the Marine National Park. But that was already the positive properties of this location. For covering yourself while sleeping you get an oversized towel instead of a proper blanket, (just right for an air conditioned room). Bathroom and toilet are in a tiny room together with no windows, which in itself is not so bad. However, water from the toilet permanently runs out. Anytime we showered, we stood in our own dirty Water in less than a minute because the drain of the shower did not work properly. So it came, that the toilet and shower water, both melted together (definitely an experience value). Since we were certainly not the first people to use this toilette-bathroom facilities ,you find alot of mold all over the wall caused by the permanent moisture. Had we not already paid in advance for five days, my wife and I would immediately go back. Even if you have a beautiful view, the beach does not get over the fact that it is dirty and that owners ( a Thai family)piled up sandbags as a dam in fear of floods, lined up on a long stretch of beach their private beach. When we wanted to have breakfast for the first time, we realized that the Staff, except from some scraps of english, they did not understand what you wanted. When my wife and I have ordered two simple meals (omelet with toast and a sandwich with tuna and tomatoes), we had to wait about half an hour, while we were the only guests for the season (it is offseason). Some of them simply forgotten all orders. When you hire mopeds from them, rather be very careful . As we have borrowed such, the brakes were not in order because I able to press the brake completely before it reacted. The speedometer didn’t work aswell. Last but not least our tire burst on the fourth day so that we had to buy a new one. The remaining mopeds are certainly not in better condition - therefore caution because of danger to life. I can therefore not understand how there can be so many good reviews. I would almost suspect that the reviews are all purchased.

Detail Outstanding location on the beach for this resort! Quiet place beacause of the limited number of bungalows. A very friendly thai family is taking care of you. A place to recommend!

Detail This is a small resort run by a young thai parents with two lovely kids and a group of very friendly and helpful personeel. Together they try to provide the best service and quality to the guests staying. Our laundry was done within a day. The food was very very delicious and the price was very reasonable. The bungalow was cleaned and has very comfortable bed and a simple yet very nice design. Almost every bungalow has a wide slide glass door which opens to the sea! I m definitely going back to this place again if I went to Koh Phangan again. Keep in mind that the resort is located on a very relax and quiet beach. There s not much within a kilometer distance to do. So unless you really think you can enjoy the quiteness, I would recommend other resorts.

Detail Resort à la hauteur de nos espérances avec différents bungalows idéalement situés les pieds dans l eau ou à flanc de colline; seul un banc d algues à déplorer à proximité de la plage ! Le personnel est très attentif. Possibilité de louer sur place des scooters qui seront discrètement inspectés chaque jour à votre retour et en cas d accident les réparations seront facturées d office sur votre note finale sans facture, bien sûr, à l appui.

Detail This bungalow was a real beach front one, I mean you see the sea, walk 3 steps on the sand and swimm. Trees on the beach so you have shadow if wanted, beach quiet with almost nobody appart a few couples. I enjoyed this quiet place a lot. I had the best food thai of tailand in the restaurant where the wifi is free for the guests. The thai people working there were reallz friendly and funny. I recommand this place strongly as its value is much more than the money you pay for. Perfect for couple of lovers who like quiet places, simple lovely wood bungalow with working aircondition, fan and refrigerator. I will come back.

Detail The nicer place for romantic stay and quiet for every one: good for child and familly: the sea : not higt, good for party: all party are not so far but the resort stay always quiet. The better choice you can do in Kho Phangan.

Detail The Sabai Resort is a real nice place to be. Very quiet, far away from the public, but only 5mins. to Thongsala. We had a beachfront bungalow with Ac fan fridge. The Area and the bungalow were 100%clean. Only thing: the bathroom was like a jail-bathroom. Very dark, nothing for women (but clean!!). The Food was good, breakfast included with a small buffet in the morning. Nice ! Staff (family) was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back !!

Detail We had wonderful stay at the Sabai Beach Resort on February 2010. Very kind welcome of the staff and very nice room. The resort is well located: peacefull beach and not far from the Thong Sala.

Detail We stayed in a claycottage facing the sea. Room was smaller than it looked on the pictures and the shower is has an outside-feeling so to say. There´s hardly any beach because of the tide and there´s a lot of rocks, so you might wear shoes if you want to go for a short walk. Water is ok. Food was ok. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was kind of poor but ok. Anyway it´s great for relaxation and the sunset is breathtaking as you can watch it from your very own, big terrace. There´s no disturbing elements in the area so if you want relaxation, this is the place to go. It takes about 10-15 minutes by car to get to town where you can get everything you need.

Detail This place gave me the opportunity to take things easy, a family run resort with a beach bungalow with full A/C and fan which was kept very clean by its hard working staff team. The food was great and served in a nice restaurant with made to order eggs each morning. If you need a scooter to get about on, they have a pool of well maintained bikes for hire. Thanks for a great time.

Detail Search no longer, with the Sabai Beach Resort you have found your place to stay on Koh Phan Ngan! Nicely located on the beach, literally just a few meters, very calm and not too far from Thong Sala as well. The bungalows are really quite new and look good. Good breakfast is included too and adds to the whole great package for your money. The personnel is friendly and very helpful. You can cheaply rent motorcycles directly here, too. We stayed for several days and enjoyed every single one of them. We would definitely come back!

Detail I love this resort a lot. Quite beach. I saw a guy swim naked!! Nice family run resort. I will stay there again if I go to Koh phangan next time. A two year-old kid playing around always holding a guiter and sing, his father help us a lot like booking day trip to marine national park, booking taxi, buying boat ticket, booking birthday cake... super helpful and nice Thank you so much. About the taxi THB50 each to pier(not round trip). THB150 each to fullmoon party and take 30 mins(NOT round trip). There is a dog there to be a guard, he is so cute too. My friends enjoy playing with him.
