Detail There seemed to be some confusion about our confirmed booking on check-in, but we were quite happy to be upgraded to one of the bigger seaview bungalows with outside spa bath (which wasn t the cleanest). The room was spacious enough for my family of 4 (2 boys aged 10 and 7). The pool facilities were nice and clean. We loved wading in the shallow bay with goggles, but be warned - don t do this barefooted. Lots of sharp pieces of coral will soon cut your feet up + lots of spikey sea urchins. The hotel restaurant was basic but served a great panang and masaman curry - rivalling the best I ve had in Thailand over 10 years. The reception desk assisted with a local snorkeling trip which was enjoyable if a bit adventurous with a quite knackered boat. At night dining down the beach was fun. We enjoyed a memorable last night at the My Way Bar, where service was laidback but the atmosphere was priceless. All in all, we enjoyed the our first stay on Phangaan. Next time I might opt for a less remote location on Koh Phangaan, and more time to explore.

Detail Had a good time at Haadlaad and the hotel is good and very new. The pool is a bit small, and that could be a problem when the hotel is full. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.
room service facilities location reservationVery good service from Sawasdee. We couldn t get to the island on time because of the typhoon and Sawasdee took care of all the rebookings perfectly and which mean t we didn t have to stress about it ourselves.

Detail Härlig hotell i slutet på stranden, trevlig personal och mkt service inriktade samt duktiga på att tala engelska. Solnedgången är fantastisk! Rummet var bra, rent och fint. Bra snorkel möjligheter samt mkt god mat på restaurangerna utmed stranden.

Detail Two times per four day I have founded hair in the meal, at first and second day. That has blemish the opinion of the hotel.

Detail Friendly service and clean rooms. Pool was nice, near the sea. Salad beach is a quiete location: good for relaxing. Prices at the restaurant were double as on other places.

Detail Bel hotel, très propre, très calme, avec une superbe vue. Chambres spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées. Plage très tranquille. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Restauration de qualité a prix correct. Idéal pour être au calme.

Detail Great hotel and friendly staff we had no problems during our stay and everyone there was always there ready to help for any problems. Pool was nice and the room was well furnished, clean and was cleaned up every day.

Detail Staff was very friendly, the Prestige Villa was a disappointment, jacuzzi did not work properly, but I recommend very much the Pool Villa. Breakfast was not up to European standard, it should be improved. Prices on services were double where anywhere else.
