Detail Not a well managed hotel. Safe in my suite room had no door. Front office staff not helpful. Food poor. Hotel run down and mostly used for conferences and wedding.chareon princess better!

Detail When I returned my room(No.533), it didnot open my room. I thought my card key dosenot work, I changed card key in reception. But it didnot open the door by new card key. I called stuff of room keeper. And I tried to open together. Then, the door opened and two person who I donot know stayed my room. Unbelievable! I checked all my baggage. It was ok. The stuff said sorry, but they did not say reason. I never stay this hotel.

Detail The Kosa Hotel is in a fantastic location, close to airport, nightlife and shopping centres. The rooms are big and clean. Service of the staff is excellent as well.

Detail Really can t remember the number of times that I have stayed at Kosa; & every stay there has been more than pleasant. Everything about Kosa is really superlative for a person like myself, who prefers the general informality available at this hotel, compared with the larger & very much more stuffy environment of the Pullman hotel, where I had stayed. On every future visit to Khon Kaen, I ll stay at Kosa & recommend this hotel to any one who is averse to being surrounded by wealthy geriatrics who appear to predominate at the Pullman.

Detail Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. Location was great for city trip and shopping tour! It was a pity that they don t offer FREE wifi-service! Will come back next time!

Detail Comfortable hotel with good selection for breakfast. Desk and baggage services friendly and helpful. The dining room staff seemed concerned if you had a breakfast within one hour of close.

Detail Hotel is good standard. I like the pool fountain area beside the coffee shop for a fag and cuppa at breakfast time. WiFi is too expensive @ 200B an hour and TV channels are extremely restricted. Overall not too bad.

Detail The Hotel and staff were wonderful. The staff at the Beer Garden were also very nice and helpful. Hopefully will visit again soon. You have a lot to be proud of with this hotel.

Detail Stay here many times over the years. Services always nice and very friendly. Food and breakfast is much better compared to most hotels in Thailand. But they need to renew the facility, it is old and very tired. Recommend Princess or Pullman, which I will stay from now on.

Detail A good mid class budget hotel . Service from desk very good . Forget our spectacles at Bangkok and we get good and efficient help . Good swimming pool but complex to find it . Meets the expactations .

Detail Have stayed here many times, but feel the standards are slipping. The lobby is very attractive, and the large swimming pool is quite nice. The rooms are okay but some of the carpets have seen better days. Maid service is very slow (can take half the day to clean your room after placing sign on door). Also, breakfast is not very good here, there s a limited choice for westerners and food is usually cold (more so than other hotels)-often spent the morning on the toilet here after breakfast. Kosa is okay for a short stay, but for a few hundred baht extra the nearby Charoen Thani is far more superior.

Detail Well located, rooms are in need of small touchup and don t expect any views. All the extras are charged at high prices and basic business facilities are missing. For me Internet connection is vital, the cost per day is nearly half of the price for the room and even that didn t work. Ended up using across the street Internet center.

Detail i stayed there second time. standard room was small but clean and tidy .laST TIME STAYED IN DELUXE ROOM WHICH WAS BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY BUT I THINK ITS ONE OF THE BETTER HOTEL IN KHON KAEN. WONT MIND STAY THERE AGAIN
