Detail rooms and breakfast ar very good for the pais price. A shuttle to the busstation is a problem. Also high price ,if you take hotelshuttle. For 1 km ,we paid more than the fare of the bus to Bangkok.

Detail We have stayed many times there and it sure is an ideal place to spend the night if you are driving to Chiang Mai. It s a rather old hotel, but always well looked after, they have always been renovating, we enjoyed our stay there. If you need a connecting room, you have to go for the deluxe rooms.

Detail Moderately sized room with large bed.Extra pillows provided on request. Basically stocked mini fridge, TV had a good variety of Eng news and entertainment channels. Small but clean bathroom with basic toiletries. Water pressure OK with hot water at wash basin. Reasonable location 1 street from the river, 20 minutes walk to town centre or B30 by motor bike taxi (B50 to bus terminal). Short walk to night market and variety of cafes and pubs. Buffet breakfast had a reasonable variety of western and asian dishes, served in a bright and comfortable dining room. CYBERNET internet available in the lobby at B50 for 1 hour. WiFi also available. Very surprised that this hotel does NOT rate a mention in Lonely Planets Thailand guide!! Would certainly stay there again.

Detail The hotel was excellant! not only for the price, but the conditions of everything was clean and modern. Bathrooms very nice and clean.Location was perfect with good river view and easy access to anywhere in town. Big nice park in front of Hotel with tennis courts. I have recommended to my friends and will stay there agian.

the reservation service was ecellent! Everything done in one day! Not 3 or 4 like other services! However I was interested in more then one room and the servie kept saying they only had one room remaining for that date! When I arrived the hotel was 3/4 empty!

Detail Nice place, well looked after, good place to stop along the road while driving up to Chiang Mai. Our second time there and we will use it again the next time we go up north and have to spend the night along the road.

Detail The hotel is OK. The lobby is really nice and the breakfast was good. However, although the rooms and the beds are good we certainly did not like the bathroom - not very clean and already quite old. For a cheaper price we stayed in another hotel in the province tak, but maybe you pay here for the location, which is good. However, if you consider to stay at this hotel, one advice: Never hang out the do not disturb sign - if the cleaning ladies arrive during that time, they will never come again and clean your room! I was taking a nap for one hour (after waiting until 2pm to have them clean the room) - i never got my room cleaned.

Detail Great View of the river, good selection of rooms at every price bracket. Staff were very helpful, the Spa facility was fantastic, staffed by very experienced personnel. Breakfast had cerals, eggs all others were Thai orientated. Would stay again without a doubt

Detail The hotel is what others have already stayed and commented. A great hotel for a peaceful stay. Food is OK and reasonably priced. What disappoints me and my friends is that the Ping river is quite far away, separated by one beach road, 4 tennis courts and a main road. So the so called river view is nothing to shout about. Worst, I lost it when the hotel checked me into a room with a back street view. One more thing to note is that there is no swimming pool to relax in when there is nothing better to do.

I had a horrible experience when the hotel told me that they had no record of my booking from Sawadee.com. Armed with the exchange voucher is no use. How can this happen to a tourist like me travelling some 6 hours by bus and arrive at the hotel to find that you had no booked accommodation. Fortunately, the counter staff was able to resolve this for me by calling up the Sawadee.com to clarify the matter.

Detail The Rooms were very good. Hallways had A/C and smelled very fresh. Bed were very comfortable and view was great. Breakfast was the best I have had in a long while in Thailand.We would stay here again. We walked around and looked at 3 other hotels in the area and nothing came close. Front desk spoke almost no english.

Detail A very fine hotel. Great location. The rooms are big with a wodden floor. The interior is in a good condition. Bathroom also o.k. Everythings clean. Good choice about the breakfast. For this price its a great offer. I would come back next time.

Detail nice view on the river facing side, not great on the other side of the building.Rooms are very clean, service very friendly and breakfast buffet is very good wide selection of different types of food. car rental is not available in the entire city, motorbikes are available across the street from the main entrance.

Detail the hotel was and is in an excellent position for riverviews. The staff are courtious and very helpful. A breakfast can be as much as you want to eat and drinks are readily available, again refill as you want. The room I stayed in was large and airy containing a remote control Tv fridge cofortable chairs and a nice soft king size bed which had bedding changed everday. There was plenty of storage space for clothes etc. I would reccommend fellow visitors to Kam Phaeng Phet that they stay at this clean and friendly hotel, which is affordable to most pockets

Detail great surprise ! We did not except such a quality for such a low price !! very helpful staff; clean and convenient rooms. Nice decoration, new furniture and quality mattress. Good buffet breakfast included. Historica park definitely deserves coming to Kampang phaet !!

Detail What an amazing hotel it is brand new and beautiful the rooms are great we had a view from our balcony of the park and the river how gorgeous. The staff were so helpful and welcoming we were having trouble working the air con and the manager came to the room to help out as he spoke the best English. We stayed for an extra night we liked it so much. We stayed in over 30 hotels in Thailand and this one was by far the best
