Detail We found Baan Laksasubha after one night by the neighbour Centara, and were quite pleased by more value for money and a more suitable atmosphere for a family with three small children. The two combined bedrooms with two bathrooms with a pool and childrens pool just outside fitted us perfect. We appreciated the garden walk through the hotel area from lobby to the beach with thre restaurant every day. The garden was created with love and passion.

Detail Nice hotel, with perfect location i Hua Hin. Only draw back is huge amount of mosquitos in the garden at night time.

Detail Very nice hotel, with perfect location in Hua Hin, friendly staff. But there are som draw back s Our room was not cleened before 15:00 to 16:00 every day. We complained and the nex day they managed to cleen the room at noon. But the next day it was 15:00 again. If you have a ground floor room, be aware, there is a huge amount om mosquitos and bugs in the garden at night time.

Detail What a lovely hotel. We wanted quiet and peaceful accomodation after staying in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok - and this is exactly what we got. The rooms and simple but very comfortable and clean. The grounds and pool are immaculate with perfect access to the beach. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. The centre of Hoi Hi is only a five min walk away. Overall we (2 adults and 3 teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here and would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break away from the big coorporate hotels.

Detail My family and I really have a good time at Baan Laksasubha. We stayed at 3 bedrooms house. Each rooms is spacious, simple, clean and beautiful. It s just pity that there is no living room. Dining area is cosy and beautiful. It is near a beach. And the beach there is nice and clean. Staffs are very helpful and polite. They really have service mind.

Detail My family and I stayed at this hotel recently we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroomed villa which was very nice and spacious. The grounds of the hotel were lovely and very well kept with lots of vegetation. Would definately stay here again

Detail We have a ver good time in Baanlaksasubha hotel, all the stuff are very nice and perlite and respectful for thai people! I fully recomment this hotel to the other and any of my friend who like to come over to say in Hua Hin Thailand as a family. We are very impress and would going back there again.

Detail A wonderfully peaceful resort set in the centre of Hua Hin and located right on the Hua Hin beach next to the Sofitel. Half the price of the large Sofitel but so charming and peaceful. Breakfast was adequate, although a bit boring. The pool was great. Individual houses comprising three or four units each is a super idea. A beautiful garden setting. Service from all staff was excellent. We will definately stay here again on our next visit to Hua Hin

Detail This hotel is very over priced. The web site is completely misleading, making it look much better than it is actually is. This is the first time in ten years that we were so misled bynan internet booking. We lost a large amount of money because we decided we could not stay there after arriving. Not a suitable location for families.

Detail This hotel was a great choice! It is at the best end of the beach where all the night life and restaurants are. It is very family friendly (even though we were there as a couple) and our choice of a garden veranda room was just perfect. The room was large, light and airy and the staff at the resort were just a delight. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to others. I just do not understand how Australians have not yet discovered the joys of Hua Hin!

Detail The hotel is lovely overlooking the beach in a fabulous location, staff very friendly and accommodating. Few minor deficiencies in hotel that would put this hotel at a 3* rating rather than a 4*. Would stay here again as the location was excellent and the resort smallish and friendly. Detail The room is comfortable for formaily. The environment and decoration look nice and clean. But the resturant is far from the room. It will be difficult in case there is raining and we need to go to have the breakfast. But the staff is full service -mind. Breakfast has not many choice/menu.But location is good ( Beach)comparing with others which is same price. It is nearby huahuin market , departmentstore and convenient store.

Detail Good; service carefull, beautifull garden with the house inside the green. Good breakfast whit the ocean in front. Good position in center, but never confusion. Space for the car. Good price.
