Detail These apartments met all my requirements. Very comfortable place to stay in. Have all you need if you want self catering. Location is great with the night market and restaurants close by. Staff fantastic. Will definately stay here again and recommend. Dave Engelbrecht South Africa

Detail friendly receptionist. spacious bedroom and living room with a small balcony. clean and modern. There is an open kitchen with the basic utensils. you can cook if you like. you can even choose to stay for a week or a month. close to night bazaar. reasonable price. would recommend to anyone who is looking for high standard apartment at a budget price! it s a pity there s no internet.

Detail Last visited Changmai 20 years ago. We were looking for a central hotel when we came across Studio 99 on the internet. Very happy with the choice we made. Lovely large clean unit, very well presented and centrally located. Would highly reccoment.

Detail The room was big, spacious and clean. The reception was helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a small lane off a main road, making it quiet yet very convenient. Overall, we are very happy with it.

Detail the reception there were so helpful and absolutely wonderful...they made the stay so pleasant! the apartment was beautiful, modern and spacious, with good closet space and good bathrooms (important since we were a group of 4 girls!)the only thing was that there were not enough utensils in the kitchen to cook with for 4 but this didnt really matter as eating out in thailand is so cheap anyway...i really recommend this hotel for anyone who is having a longer stay in chiangmai! ther location was also great about a 10 minute walk from the night markets and lots of bars!

Detail We were very pleased with our 2 bedroom apartment here. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Was only a few blocks away from the start of the night bazaar. Would stay here again!

Detail The Studio99 apartments are the best accommodation we have ever stayed at in Thailand. The apartment was well furnished, very comfortable and the service was excellent and staff very welcoming. Whilst its location could be seen as a little out of the way, the peace and quiet was serene. It was an easy walk to Old City and to Night Bazaar precinct. Would highly recommend this place to any traveller staying in Chiang Mai whether for business or travel holidays.

Detail At Studio99 the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well equipped and incredibly spacious (Think hotel suite!) There is a separate living room with TV and DVD player there was also a well equipped kitchenette with cooking facilities. I believe this property is 2 years old but everything was impeccably clean and modern. Staff were very personable, helpful and genuinely friendly. Location was perfect, situated in a quiet lane just off the main road but still close to everything and the Night Bazaar was under 5 minutes walk. We stayed in some nice hotels during our stay in Thailand but Studio99 definitely was the best in terms of comfort, value for money and location. We can not fault this place.

Detail The apartment I stayed in was bright, lovely and clean. I really liked it. The staff were friendly and nice. The only thing I didn t like was the location. It s situated in a very narrow alley that most cars can t go through.. so I had to drag my stuff all the way from the main street every time I went shopping.

Detail The serviced apartment is really nice. A very comfort and cozy place to stay in and i wish i can stay there for a longer trip. Besides the accommodation, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful which i really appreciate a lot. If i m going there for another trip, i will choose to stay in Studio99 Serviced Apartment again, definitely value for money!!

Detail Very clean hotel,beautiful staff.Transfer from airport waiting for us.We stayed in the bottom unit no.1 we had a little court yard with table and chairs.Very close to night markets day markets very central to everything.I wish i had stayed longer. I spent 5 nights could of spent longer so much to do in chaing mai.
