Detail Great hotel for y good price. It s a little outside, but you can walk to the nightmarket in 10 min time, and TukTuk driving is still cheap in Chiang Mai ( 60,- Baht ). I had a real big room in the 10th floor, big bathroom, 2 bottles of water and coffee in the room for free, and very important for me, very quick wireless LAN in the room without additional cost.

Detail Security such as imprint of passport or credit card need to be re-inforced. Otherwise all other areas are better than expected. Locality is good and convenient.

Detail Un peu loin de la vielle ville et du night bazar. Pour le reste c est excellant. Buffet du petit déjeuner Tout a fait à notre convenance, varié et bien présenté. Hotel présenté dans les guides comme un peu fade, il s agit d une déco contemporaine qui contraste avec de nombreux hôtel en Teck, en fait ambiance un peu zen mais très agréable et en très bon état d entretien. Bref, rien a dire.

Detail This Hotel is lovely, centrally located, and has great facilities. We reserved a room by chance one year and enjoyed the stay so much we reserved space the following year by choice.

Detail Toilet is not in good condition. Lots of black stain one the wall, looked very duty. Moreover, After shower, water was on floor (out of Bathtub). This cause wet floor easy to slide and doormat was soaked.

Detail Hotel is very clean, a little worn on the edges, but the staff were delightful. Internet capabilities are lacking except in business center and lobby with changes to your DNS numbers.

Detail This is the third time that we stay at this hotel, and I would like to recommend Lanna Palace if you looked for a room that cost lower than 2,500 Baht per night. The room is spacious, clean, and having good view. The bathroom is clean and big. Light in the room is enough (not too dark like in some hotels nearby). Especially, all staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. We ever stayed in several hotels in Chiangmai, and this is the best valued hotel in my openion.

Detail We were at the 5th Floor. The decor is basic, recently painted. The beds are clean. No aircond on the passageway and the lift. Location from night market is about 15 minutes walk and is not right at the doorstep. Buffet breakfast is ok and is the same everyday. Tea is watery. Staff are very polite and helpful. I would stay nearer to all the activities the next time. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for someone who does not mind a long walk.

Detail Generally good value for money, welcoming staff, clean rooms, though agree lighting in bedrooms a little on dim side and whenever we took a shower the bathroom floor seemed to take a soaking despite shower curtain !. Reaonable buffet breakfast. Within walking distance to night markets, though there is a shuttle bus offered by the hotel.We arranged airport pick up which we didn t actually get confirmation of before leaving home , though that was probably our fault as we didn t book this till the last min. Return journey to airport was arranged through lady on the tour desk and was 100 baht cheaper than the hotel s price.Ate out every evening apart from the night we arrived when we arrived at the hotel and ate in their restaurant tasty green curry obviously more expensive than eating out but convenient that night. Would recommend

Detail I thought it was great. THe rooms were nice & clean. The free breakfast buffet was good. The hotel kindly held our luggae for us for two days while we went trekking. Highly recommend this hotel. I do wish it had internet service, but there is an internet place across the street.

Detail Lanna Palace is a very good hotel for its price value. It s situated in the same street of the night bazaar yet not in the middle of it and therefore it has quiet surrounding. The room was clean and the breakfast was good as well. The staff speaks english and helped us in everything we required. Would stay again.

Detail The hotel is nice with big rooms and good service. I only had two complaints: (1) not enough light to read in the rooms; and (2) poor selection of channels on the television with the horribly biased and ridiculous BBC as the only English language news outlet.

Detail When we arrive at the hotel early in the morning, they checked us in right away. The room is spaceous and clean. The attendants are very polite, attentive and greetful. They respond immediately. Although, Lanna Palace Hotel is only 3 star I will rate it 5 star for the space, cleanliness and service. Thank you Lanna. P.S. The hotel is oly 3 blocks away from the night bazaar. The neighborhood is safe to stroll around.
