Detail We had a fabulous stay and will recommend De Naga to any friends and family who are traveling to Chaing Mai! The rooms were gorgeous, the service was first class, and the location was fantastic. We LOVE De Naga and hope to return some day!

Detail This is a charming hotel with a perfect location just inside the city wall and close to Thapae gate. Staff is very friendly and helpful and mostly able to communicate well in English.

Detail beautiful new boutique hotel in very central location. the rooms are not too big, but nice and comfortable. good shower. good breakfast on nice little outdoor terrace. very friendly staff - well, its thailand :-)

Detail Very freindly hotel and excellent service. Tours operator very good in the hotel and helped us getting the most out of our visit to Chiang Mai. All four of us were very pleased to stay here and will stay here also the next time we visit the city.

Detail The De Naga in Chiang Mai was a wonderful hotel in every aspect. Great location. The service is phenomenal in the restaurant. The woman who arranges side trips goes above and beyond to give you exactly what you are looking for. The rooms were lovely. Everyone was extremely kind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chiang Mai.

Detail Very nice little hotel, fantastic location right near Tha Pae Gate though still very quiet. Staff is helpful, rooms nice and clean, breakfast excellent, really no complaints other than that the pool is more of a fishtank ha ha ha:)

Detail Das De Nage in Chiang Mai ist wirklich sehr schön und liegt auch sehr zentral. Nachtmarkt und alles andere gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Einzig der Pool ist etwas klein geraten. Hat uns aber trotzdem sehr gut gefallen und können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Detail The hotel overall is very nice. The breakfast was good. Good location. At night the lighting in/outside the hotel makes it becomes very charming. The swimming pool is a bit too small and the grand delux room was smaller than we thought. The staffs are very friendly.

Detail De Naga hotel is one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. It is in a prime position, but is not noisy at all. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped us book all of our tours and gave great recommendations. Their attention to details was excellent. I would definately recommend staying here and hope to stay again myself.

Detail A nice and quiet hotel even located in downtown, very good Thai decoration, perfect location(just nearby Tha Phae Gate and Sunday walking market). Only thing disappointed me is unclean/used disposable slipper.

Maybe Sawadee doesn t offer you lowest price of hotel but I am quite impressive for its services - prompt feedback for availability and price of room, booking without asking your credit card and lock your money first . I like it.

Detail We had an absolutely fabulous stay at De Naga over New Years! The staff was helpful, the rooms were charming, and the location as a quiet oasis in the heart of the city just perfect. We would recommend De Naga to all travelers that are seeking a beautiful boutique hotel experience and a true taste of Thailand hospitality.

The booking process was simple. I requested a Deluxe room about three weeks before my travel date (during the high season), and within 24 hours, our reservation was made and I received a confirmation email.

Detail This is a great place to stay in Chang Mai. It is central to everything and the only time we used transport was for the tours we booked. The Sunday markets are just around the corner and the Night Bazaars are a couple of blocks away. We walked everywhere but if you were loaded down with packages the tuk tuks are cheap enough. The staff at this hotel were the friendliest we came across - always smiling and greeting you and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable and our room was nice and quiet. If you wanted to spend a day relaxing in your room, you get a free mini bar quota (2 soft drinks/2 beers/2 waters everyday) and there is a DVD player with free DVD s to borrow from the lobby. There is also two computers at the lobby for free internet access with an unlimited time quota. The free breakfast is a delicious smorgasboard with plenty of choices. The hotel pool is quite small and only has 6 deck chairs and two love seats. We didn t have a problem when we were there but at busy periods you may not get a chair. The pool bar is unattended and it can be difficult to wave someone down to get an initial drink, but once they know you are there, they will look after you well. The two hotel restaurants served delicious meals and at reasonable prices. We are definately going back to this hotel - thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Sawadee is a fantastic booking service. Easy to use and everything went smoothly. Our bookings were always there including all cars we booked. Wouldn t use anything else to book a holiday to Thailand.

Detail One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Service & attitude = outstanding Quality of rooms = very high standard with great attention to details Location = for us it was perfect, close to restaurants etc but still secluded Price = we booked via sawadee and got a discount which made De Naga great value for the money. Would definately recommend and would definately visit again.
