Detail Very por hotel use to be nice but a lot of lack of renovations!! very dirty ,bath with the paint pelling off ;Wall full of stains ,carpet very dirty etc

Detail We come already for many years in Chiang Mai Plaza, this time we stayed for 4 weeks and every day was wonderful.To start with the rooms comfortable and clean, the breakfast also good and the entrance and hall is royal beautiful. And the swimmingpool is so nice but first of all the staff is very friendly.We will come back next year. Thank you.

Detail No in-room safe, a waiver for all liability when using the reception safe deposit boxes and charging expensive rates for wi-fi access. This hotel survives purely on its reputation. Service wise it s average at best.

Detail The lobby is really beautiful, the staffs are very nice, the location is very good, close to the night market. Very nice view from my room.

Detail stayed here 15 years ago and the only difference was the beds seem a little harder and the decor a little older. Really enjoy staying here,close to every thing especially night markets, security good and service great.Will stay again next time

Detail February 2011 We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children 7 and 10 years. We had booked two rooms with a door in between, which worked fine. The rooms were okay and the standard was quite ok after Thailand standard. Places Nobody was quite ok, close to night market and other attractions.

Detail Just came back from Chiang Mai for a one week holiday. We have no complaints on the hotel. Even though it is not a new hotel, you can feel its warmth. It is clean, beatiful lobby, helpful front desk and nice breakfast. Our complaint regarding the third bed and toilet seat was dealt with almost immediately. Would stay there again. Note: could have been better if it has a safe in each room.

Detail This was my third (since 2006) and definitively last stay in this hotel (deluxe-room!). The CNXPlaza has its self degraded to a businesshotel (come&go). For holiday stay for my opinion unqualified. Lazy, passiv, unmotivied staff, very bad room-cleaning. Recommended from Sawasdee is overdone. Angelo Rizzi

Detail The hotel is really nice. very clean rooms and very friendly staff. The staff are always ready to give you a helping hand if rerquired. the continental breakfast was excellent as well. had a lot of variety. the lkoication of the hotel is good as well. it is very close tot eh night bazar about 5-10 mins walk. i would highly recomend this hotel to others. for the rate that i paid, the stay was truely worth a lot more...

Detail I strongly recommend this hotel. I ve stayed here three times now and have always been amazed by the service and the good look. Its only 2 minutes walk from night bazaar and everything youll ever need. In my oppinion, one of the better places to stay if you visit Chiang Mai. Cheap rooms in excellent conditions with very friendly staff and service.

Detail Great location, incredible lobby, nice pool, and fantastic breakfast buffet. However, the superior room was a little shabby, smelled of cigarette smoke, and definitely needed renovation. For 1600B, though, it was worth the money.

Detail Very nice hotel close to city center. Huge breakfast buffé of very good standard. Celebration during New Years Eve very nice with local food, dancing groups and other activities and finally spectacular fireworks! Nothing negative - Recommended!

Detail Good hotel, big and fancy lobby. Rooms are average. The location is very good, just a couple blocks and you re into the night market. Try the Indian restaurant on the same street, really good curry! The pool is fine, with a really big but empty plaza. Definitely worth the good price from Sawadee.com
