Detail Nice hotel. Great location. Centrally located. Decent breakfast. We booked for 3 people and they didn t provide extra bed for child. Lousy wifi, expensive and unreliable. The soi behind the hotel has a nice little internet place much cheaper.

Detail This hotel tries hard to act like a top tier hotel but it s the kind of place that forgets to change the weather report in the elevator. The rooms are clean but the carpet a bit past its prime. The location, however, for being a tourist in Chaing Mai, is excellent.

Detail There is confusing about room requesting. I requested double bed room but the day we re got there, we got twin bed room. However, finally they change to double bed room for us.

Detail I made a mistake with my booking but the hotel receptionist fixed it without a hitch As usual food staff, friendly service and great inexpensive food. The drinks at 2 for one at night was a pleasant suprise seeing we had a bithday party. They also organised a cake with one minute notice. Will stay again.

Detail Hotel was in a great location, close to main road into the old city and Sunday market. Room was very average and dated. Internet service was not free, and not available 24 hours (only from 0900 to 2100). Also front desk unable to organise internet (only done through Business Centre). Buffet Breakfast was average (leaning more towards below average). Restaurant staff and room service had limited English. Also had to pay for call for front desk staff to organise taxi to airport. Overall, not like other Amora hotels I ve stayed at - wouldn t rate much over 3*.

Detail Great hotel with good facilities and friendly staff.The best about this hotel is the food, it is tasty very affordable and you have a good choice of Thai and other cuisine.We have stayed here many times and always come back for diner having tried out many different other places.

Detail Nice and clean hotel just outside the old walls of Chiang Mai City. Max. 15 minutes walk or 50 baht tuktuk ride to the Night Market. Sunday market at only 200 meters. Comfortable and clean rooms. Safety deposit boxes free at reception but the hotel charges 102 baht per day if you use the ones in the room which is a bit odd for a 4-star hotel. Very friendly staff. Can recommend and will stay again.

Detail Hotel is at a good location. Every taxi driver knows the hotel so there is no difficulty to come to the hotel. Room is big, clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious. Overall, Good.
