Detail Zenith has perfect location but keeping in view their charges,the facilitties provided at their rooms does not match. For example they provided us a old 21 inch tv & there is no wifi in the room. Like wise our room electricity was gone three times but it was fixed by their engineers.The only plus point is its location near arab community.

Detail This was my first stay at Zenith and it was a total disaster. Bad service, old dirty furniture. It was the worst hotel i stayed in Bangkok. The reception tried to charge us the complimentary water :((.

Detail A very nice, clean, comfortable hotel for this price range. If you are doing medical at Bumrungrad this is a very convenient hotel. If you are seeing Bangkok, this one also works well as it is close to the sky train line station.

Detail Check in was good. Rooms were clean and well kept daily. The pool was nice. The price of the room was too high for what you get compared to other hotels very near-by. All the other reviews were right about the hotel being Arab dominant and they seem to cater to that with the food they offer. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Detail I have stayed quite a few times in Zenith and I had no problems. HOwever, after this time I will never go back to this hotel. The room was very dirty, the floor stinked, the telephone was not working properly, all of a sudden the TV did not work. I have order room service and some of the items that was in the menu they did not have it, so why put it on the menu? It used to be buffet breaksfat, this time it was a la carte and not much choice (i was not the only one complaining, there was another guest saying the same). On the last day we were going to take the taxi and the male staff (one of his 50 s with glasses) asked if I needed a taxi and i asked how much was the hotel taxi to the airport. I said yes so he stood up to help me with the bags but then I refused because of the price he stopped helping and told me to go my way. So i had to carry all my bags by myself down the stairs. I asked if he was going to help me he ignored me. Other hotels don t do that...

Detail Have stayed here before and would recommend this hotel to friends. The only problem I had this time around was the noise coming from the kids running up and down the hall way. Other then this, the rooms were always clean and a good size. Service good and the location spot on.

Detail We could not fault this hotel, as soon as we got out of the taxi the staff were there to look after us. Booking in was easy the hotel was very clean and the room was fanstic. The best part of the hotel was on the roof, the swimming pool.The views were great, we took a map up to the pool to get our bearings and the pool staff came over to help us. We only had breakfast in the hotel but others in our party did eat in the resturant and they could not fault the food,the breakfast selection catered for every one. The hotel was just up the road from the night market and about five minutes walk from the nearest BTS (sky train) station. The hotel was well worth the money, and we could recommend it,and we would stay there again

Detail Great breakfeast. Nice pool. Walking distance to Bumrungrad hospital. Stayed several days with family. No wireless in the rooms so getting online was a real hassel. You must put a card on the door each morning to get the maid to come clean your room. Or you can call houskeeping. Rooms were a bit small and many rooms have just one bed. Booked two rooms with two beds and had one room with one bed and two beds when I arrived. Was the hotels fault, not Sawadee. They changed our roooms, but not connecting as requested.

Detail Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Zenith. Lage super zental, trotz des arabischen Viertels haben wir uns nie unsicher gefühlt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, der Service und das Personal ebenfalls super. Dem Zimmer hätte ein Anstrich gut getan, aber die super Betten und der tolle Schwimming Pool auf dem Dach haben alles wett gemacht. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Detail My partner and I spent 2 nights at the Zenith in Superior room 1206. The room was large, clean and tidy. We had two double beds, a wardrobe, in room safe, desk, tv and minibar. The bathroom was large and modern with great water pressure in the shower. The location was pretty good as it was only a 5 minute walk to the BTS skytrain station which took us to all our shopping destinations. We gave up on Taxis as the traffic was so bad it took too long to get anywhere. Breakfast was fairly limited but ok and the hotel minded our bags for us after we checked out until our flights. My only complaint is that the hotel is very popular with people of the Muslim/Islamic? faith and my partner and I felt uncomfortable at breakfast. We felt like we were receiving disapproving looks for showing too much skin. (Please note that we were not dressed skimpily by Australian standards) Also the restaurants around the hotel all served Halal and Indian type food so it was difficult to find good European food within walking distance.

Detail We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A bit expensive but the location is really great. Very close to the BTS (Nana Station). Room was quite spacious and clean. They have a locker which you can use to keep valuables. They offer pick up service, but we would not recommend it even though we used the service. It s very expensive. Instead you can take a local taxi (taxi-meter).

Detail Hotel in good location close to bars and restarants etc, also a few minutes walk from mono rail station giving easy access to whole city and major sites. Hotel staff very friendly and room very good. Enjoyed roof top pool and views from it. Second time stayed here, would stay again and recommend to others.

Detail Its Best Place to reside......As Walking distance to Night Entertainment Zone & Plaza Msg Centre. Travel Desk for daily car rental only 1000 BT...Luxery Cars with BKK Tour. Variety of Restaurants on Road...food Rich..Thai, Indian, Lebese, Fast Food. Near Robin Son Shopping Mall. Break Fast Need More Improvemnt... Outstanding GYM, SPA & POOL. Restourant ambience outstanding....but food quality needs improvment. Only setback is too much Arabs & Iranians as Guest...prefer Halal Food. Over All a Great Stay.

Detail It is 3rd time we are staying in this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, pool on the roof is real delight and we always enjoy the delicious breakfast which is one of the reasons we will definitely come back Zenith!

Detail Hotel has excellent location near to the Sky Train (Nana Station)which gives easy access to the whole of Bangkok; restaurant is good and they have a variety of choices available. Staff were courteous and helpful when needed,room was big enough and comfortable.Excellent rooftop swimming pool/jacuzzi, Overall a nice hotel and a convenient location for our needs!
