Detail The most horrible experience ever. Very rude and inhospitable staff. Just dont go there is all I can say after my 1 nite stay there. The bell boy wouldnt leave the room till he got the tip he wanted. The lady who came came to drop extra towels almost threw it in our hands before walking away. Stay on metro station but dont stay in this ghosthouse !! It sucks beyond imagination.

Detail An excellent, quiet and affordable hotel that we stayed at many times since it was newly built. An extensive and delicious buffet breakfast included in room rate.

Detail Excellent value for money. Big rooms with big bathroom inc bath and separate shower. Excellent breakfast with evrything to choose from. Stayed here many times now when in BKK. Have stayed in more expensive hotels in the area but not has good value for the money.

Detail Reception not friendly. for reservation and for getting a safe you must pay 1000 bath.They pay back when you check out. Shower didn t work good. Had to shower in bathtub.Swimming area is disgusting and ugly. Never again.

Detail Excellent value for money. The twin room was clean and spacious, with two armchairs, a fridge and two good size double beds. The bathroom was excellent with a bath and a separate huge shower. The breakfast was good and the swimming pool adequate. Free safe in reception to use (Returnable deposit) I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Detail We stayed twice in Royal Benja, on our way to Samui and back. Both times it was very professional and helpful staff, big rooms with a nice view. We also liked breakfast, there was enough of everything. Maybe this hotel is a little bit old, I would say rooms on the 20th are a bit older comparing to those on the 29th. but no smell. everything worked. very nice location - 5 mins from Skytrain, though quite far from historical part, like Royal palace. and heavy traffic in the main road. not far from airport. so, I think we will come to this hotel again!

Detail Отель сам по себе отличный. Номер, завтрак - супер. Но сам район Сукхумвит далеко от основных достопримечательностей (в Банглампу) и весьма пробочный, поэтому добираться до них только Скайтрейном+речным трамваем, что весьма муторно. А так - до скайтрейна минут 7 ходьбы, очень удобно.

Detail A fine hotel with good service. The one thing i dont think is necessary is about the minibars in the rooms. That you our are as a costemar will draw your creditcard before you use anything in the minibar. Why are you so suspicious about your hotelguests??

Detail Good location right in the heart of Bangkok. Nice hotel with a slightly outdated decor, but very clean and helpful staff. A few of the staff need to improve their english and the internal Travel desk was unmanned the entire time.

Detail There can be no complaints about this hotel, rooms a great size, very clean, breakfast fab, staff very helpful and friendly, positioned ideally for the skytrain, what more do you need for a whistle stop tour of Bangkok? Priced very competitively for facilities offered, very reasonable considering all. Would recommend it to anybody, Enjoy.

Detail Very good hotel for the price. Very friendly and courteous staff. Room was better than I expected. Good location. Hotel is at the end of the lane way but that is actually good as it is away from the main road and heavy traffic. Breakfast was reasonable. Just a little strange that the room provided a jug to boil water but I had to ask for a cup/saucer and I had to buy my own tea and coffee (not a real problem as there is a 7-11 virtually near the front door.) Excellent location to access BTS Skytrain and the Sukumvit strip. Good, decent hotel for this price range.

Detail This was our third time in Bangkok and The Royal Benja was very comfortable and not over-priced. Well located for SkyTrain and Sukhumvit. We ve stayed at The Ambassador twice before but will be looking to stay at Royal Benja next trip.

Sawadee worked well-third time using them for Bangkok and Phuket.

Detail I have used the Royal Benja for some 3-4 years now and find the facilities and staff excellent. Centrally located and with easy access to the Skytrain etc it is in my opinion one of the best hotels in Bangkok.
