Detail A pretty new hotel where things are already wearing out, and poor attitude that obviously comes from the ownership. The Internet did not work until 3 hours before time to leave. The only chair in the room was broken, and uncomfortable even if it was not. They wanted a 1000 baht deposit for a key card, on a romm that was already paid in full. Most hotels in the area have 1PM or 2PM checkout times. This one not only has a noon checkout, they also called me at 11:10 and 12:02 to hurry me out of the hotel. Much better choices in the area.

Detail The hotel is located near 2 BTS stations but we had to walk about 10 minutes. Other than that the hotel is modern, clean and very hospitable. The staff was very accommodating, meeting out every need and making their best to make us happy. We took the Standard room which was a small but very clean and well maintained. The design of the rooms (and of the entire hotel) is quite exceptional and nice. Breakfast is standard and always the same but with 2 fired eggs ,ham and sausage you would not go hungry All in all it was a very pleasant stay - I would recommend this hotel.

Detail Замечательный отель, превзошел наши ожидания. Очень яркий и современный интерьер, просторный номер, wi-fi в номере. Удобное расположение в 10 минутах хотьбы от станций Nana Sky train. Немного шумновато вечером - на улице куча баров.

Detail one night in bangkok..one night in haeven....it was a nice stay in haeven@4, the room was clean and the staff friendly, many bars arround, it is not a boring place, I would come again :-)

Detail 묵었던 방이 길가 반대쪽이어서 밖이 보이지 않았습니다. 건물 양 옆도 모두 건물이라, 정면을 향한 몇개의 방 빼고는 바깥 풍경을 기대하지 않는게 좋습니다. 식당없어 아침은 룸서비스 혹은 나가서 사먹어야 합니다. 그 외에 무선인터넷 되고, 로비에서도 인터넷PC사용할수 있고, 위치도 역에서 걸어서 3~4분거리에 그 안에 여러 가게들이 많아 편합니다. 호텔에서 많은 시간을 보내지 않고 나가서 관광하시는 분들께 좋을 듯 합니다.

Detail Nice boutique hotel, lovely modern rooms, great showers. One small issue was the fact it is sandwiched between two buildings some of the rooms don t have windows so this could drive you crazy over a long stay, good hotel and good value for money for a short stay in BKK though, staff friendly and helpful, would stay here again , but would request a room with windows.

Detail Nice hotel on a very good location. Only 5 minutes walking from Sukhumvit Road. Hotel is near many restaurants and bars. I arrived early in the morning and because check-in time was 2 pm I had to wait for many hours as the room was not yet available. But good service from the staff as I was upgraded to a Junior Suite for 1 night. Would really recommend this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Detail Very good hotel. Clean and all who work at the hotel are good to talk to. I have satyed in a number of hotel in Bangkok and tis is the best for the money. Am going to book again soon.

Detail very bad coustomer service the staff dont speack english,no windows in the room i arrived on day later than my reservation due to cancelationof my flight due to technical reason,but unfortunately the room was given to another guest, i have to wait until he checked out and then they accomodarte my, very bad service, i dont recomende
