Detail The service in general was very good, however the only exception to this were the weekend breakfast s. The staff could not cope with the high number of guests so that usual standards were not maintained.

Detail Very impressed with this hotel. Room clean with excellent bathroom facilities. Bed comfortable. Breakfast excellent with wide choice available. Great pool and spa facilities. Staff friendly. Would use again.

Detail Perfekt läge. Nära till Sky Train och nära till shopping (man bor i stort sett i ett shoppingcenter). Personalen väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet är rent, fräscht och snyggt! Poolen och området runt denna är fantastisk. Jacuzzi, bastu, ångbastu, fitnessrum - hotellet har allt man kan önska sig! Vi bodde i Superiorroom och rummen är snyggt inredda och har lagom storlek. Frukosten är fantastisk. Hotellet är grymt och prisvärt! Ett hotell att rekommendera!

Detail Hotel has perfect location. Very convenient to sky train. Note that the sky train can be very crowded now that there are more stations (5). Only negative could be that the hotel feels sterile because it s so modern in its room design.

Detail WOW simply value for money this well located (direct access to Asoke BTS) new hotel gives you a delightful silent and clean base right in the middle of bustling Bangkok. We used it at the beginning of our holiday (shopping spree) and we were the rest of the holidays looking forward to spending our last two days at Grande Centre point Terminal 21. Simply perfect and super service.

Detail This hotel is brand new and I am expecting it to have 5* standard, however, it is more like a business hotel than a grande one. The room is so plain with no decoration, space is small compared to other service apartments in Bangkok. Only Pros would be the great selection in breakfast and the location which is connected to the Asoke BTS station. It is extremely easy accessible to all shopping areas.

Detail As the hotel only opened on 01/11/2011 we stayed in a never used and a brand new Grande Deluxe Room with a modern bath with tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a nice bedroom. The hotel has a great swimming pool, a fitness room, a jacuzzi, all things are new and just fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we could even get a later check-out and could store our luggage until the evening. They offer a healthy and good breakfast buffet with both Asean and European food. The hotel is fantastically located, you get out of Asok BTS station and you are already at the hotel as it is above the shopping mall Terminal 21. I don t think you can get a better hotel than the Centrepoint Terminal 21 in BKK at the moment.
