Detail Very helpful and polite staff. Located in 5 mins from skytrain in a busy but pretty noisy area. 5 mins from international hospital. I would stay there next time.

Detail For travelers on a budget, don t stay at this hotel. There are many others on Soi 11 or Soi 8 that are in better and safer areas. The location is terrible: very loud, dirty and a mess. The hotel is not what I read on many other comments: It is very run-down, falling apart and there is no sound protection. You hear EVERYTHING from outside and inside the hotel. If people come in at 3am from Nana, you hear them. If they close their closet, you hear them. It is over-priced for the level of building, location and room that you get. The internet is bad quality, cuts and is slow and the satellite TV connection is terrible. Not that that is a must, but if you are going to advertise it, then they should work! Pay the extra $15 and stay somewhere else.

Detail I would have rated facilities and service higher, except the WiFi at Grand Inn was quite sub-par. They had a very strange setup that required the user to logon at some unreliable Website rather than using a standard WAB security key the way every other hotel network uses. Whoever provides their WiFi is not serving them well.

Detail super location for all the action and sites.hotel was just what we where looking for in that location.the staff could be a little better at english but we managed.very clean a little noisy but it was livable.

Detail The Hotel is good located in the little Arabia and very near(on block walking) to Nana station Sky Train. It is small but in good conditions, clean, good customer service and WI-FI. The only thing to be aware is that the dinning room is very small and is in front of a street that has a lot of traffic but we did not have problems with the noice in the night.

Detail A little complain about the hotel room facility. The hot water for shower is not functioning well and the toilet flush system as well. However thumbs up for the staff s attentiveness and friendliness that makes my stay enjoyable!

Detail We stayed at Grand Inn for 2 nights. In general the hotel is ok. It is located in a busy street. So, our friends complained about some street noise at night. Rooms are a bit small and smelly. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good (not buffet).

Detail Bad location, opens out into a busy street.Very congested lobby. Room very small and basic. We checked out within one hour of checking in. Desk staff were not very helpful, did not offer any help like offering to contact the booker. We lost the money that was prepaid. We moved into the Grand Sukhumvit hotel.

Detail Nice hotel. The rooms are quite new, modern and very clean. The location is perfect because is very near to Sky Train station and the area is full of restaurants and bars to go out. Very recomendable hotel at very good price.

Detail As a muslim traveller this hotel is very convenience to stay,lots of halal muslim restaurants around the hotel. Overal the hotel was good and nice with the price I paid. the minus point is breakfast very simple, serving only set american breakfast since the hotel has no restaurant.

this is my third booking through sawadee.com as usual no problem during check in. The only minus point is I ve not receive any SMS on the day of my checki in at the hotel, unlike my previous booking which i received greetings by SMS. But overal satisfied with the service
