Detail this is not the first time i stay in this hotel the reason i go back to the same hotel more than twice is simple location and good room. continue improvement requires is the staff training and attitude( customer service)their english are poor, rather difficult to communicate. they do not smile a lot like used to be.the bell boy always find ways to make extra income from you. be careful!! they pretend to bargain for good deal of taxi fare for you, actually they make some. example, taxi to airport is about 240 bath, they will say is 400 bath i can bargain to 350 bath, that is my real life example. luckily, i m familiar with thailand.so far GD is the best hotel i ve ever been especially the room size and good breakfast. it doesn t worth it pay 5 star price in other hotel than this hotel.

Detail The service is terrible, took 1/2 an hour for ice to be delivered, never informed abt charges, front desk is unprofessional and unhelpful, when I requested for an ice bucket, plates and utensils, they told me to call room Svc when they should ve just picked up the ph and got the request relayed in 2 minutes. Front desk also made us wait 15 mins just to check out as the staff said housekeeping has to check the room first, when questioned, he said with a look of surprise can already expressing his amusement on why we were still waiting. Turns out he forgot to inform us and then proceeded to hand me the bill that states no charges incurred all this while munching on his snack. I love the convenience but will not sacrifice a pleasant overall experience for it. So, no way, not ever, NO THANKS again!

Detail Hotel bien situé centralement. Mobilier un peut vieillot mais suffisant. Ménage OK: laissez un petit pourboire chaque jour et chambre toujours en ordre et propre. Réception au milieu d un centre commercial mais pas gènant. Possibilité de prendre sa douche avant de reprendre l avion au fitness. Personnel souriant et agréable. Buffet vraiment sympa pour le prix avec un très grand choix: ne pas hésiter à la booker en même temps que la chambre. WIFI, nul, ne fonctionne pas de façon optimale. Si je devais revenir en ville, je retournerai dans cet hotel en demandant un étage encore plus haut.

Detail Had a really great time at the hotel. The room was excelent with 2 LCD TV s and all the facilities a guest could want. Room Service was prompt and the food really good. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Would definately stay there again.

Detail Through out my 3 nights stay there, everything is fine except the hair dryer which is not working. 6 years ago, I wstandard with my company colleague and the light there is very deem and now still the same.. No change, maybe the management should the bulb to a brighter one..

Detail The new facade is very nice, with shops at the first floor/lobby and even a basement level of shops directly in the same building. The location of just next to Platinum Mall is great for people looking to shop till you drop. It is easy getting taxi as the hotel staff will get one to turn in and help u tell the driver where you are heading to. This is my 3rd time in this hotel and i still love the buffet spread. Will be coming back!

Detail Good location close to shoppingdistrict in Bangkok. everything more or less as expected, no surprises. We got caught in demonstrations by 30.000 redskirts, nothing to worry about apart from the fact we almost missed our flight. So check if there are any protests planned, because they always meet close to this hotel. Roads are shut down for the entire day.

Detail Superb location. Everyting under one roof from food to shopping to massage. Also near to Ratchadamri BTS station, ideal for traveller who like to avoid road traffic.

Detail Myself, my wife and my 2 kids had a great time in the Hotel. People very nice, helpful and if we come back to Bangkok we will definately book this hotel. Also very central to go everywhere. Highly recommended.

Detail Very polite and helpful staff. A little worn carpets in the rooms but very clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool and a gym for workout. Excellent breakfast buffét. Good location near shopping malls.
