Detail booked hotel from the pictures provided they where taken when hotel was new , during our stay hotel. old now and dirty would not stay again.

Detail We were very satisfied with the hotel. Just one thing: THE STUDIOS DOES NOT ALL HAVE BATHTUB - contrary to what you see on all the pictures from the hotel. A setback for us as we had brought our bath salts and was looking forward to relaxing in the tub.

Detail Excellent hotel! The room was very nice, clean, modern and the location is great. It s not too far to walk from Sukhumvit, but if you need a lift the Tuk-Tuk will take you there for free. If you get their phone number, they ll come pick you up at the end of the street too. The hotel staff was excellent as well. When I caught a cold they asked several times how I was feeling and even asked again two weeks later when we returned to stay for a few days. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Detail Great room, very good planned. Nice with the shuttle to the nana-station. very quiet street/soi. They got realy good baby cot and free wifi.

Detail The swimming pool so small and the location of hotel quite far from the BTS station. However the hotel service staffs are very nice and helpful. Also, tuk tuk service is better than my expected. Thanks

Detail Hotel staffs are nice and helpful, hotel s image give vistors feel clean and feel comfortable. Swimming pool is really small. Room size is good, but the size of douoble bed and toliet is too small, the shower water is very weak and not stable. And our room is smoke room, the smell is extremely bad. In honest speaking, if by walk, it is far from BTS nana station, about 15 mins; Fortunately, hotel provide free shuttle Tuk Tuk between BTS NANA station and hotel, only 2-3 mins will reach. and the service available 24 hours.

Detail Great place to stay in Bangkok. It down a bit on soi 8 off Sukhumvit road, so it s very quite. Beautiful studio apt although a bit over priced.

Detail We booked two rooms. There was no hot water in one room. and the speed of internet was too slow. If the hotel can improve it, it should be good chose to stay.

Detail excellent hotel,have stayed in soi 8 before and this hotel was far better than the one not that far from it,only fault we had was the tuk tuk,never got him going back to hotel,they should have radio controller at top of road,thats the only complaint we have.

Detail Basic yet clean hotel. The location is however a problem, the hotel being very far from Sukhumvit Bvd and the metro station; the shuttle is not always available, making transportation inconvenient.

Detail we stayed in a 2 BR apartments for 2 nights. it s a clean and well furnished room, though AC made some noises at night, TuK Tuk service to BTS is very helpful.

Detail Good quality room. Only blemish were the 3 (smallish) cockroaches i found in the sitting room and bathroom. Otherwise fine -- bed is comfortable but the curtains are not well-fitted, a problem for anyone as light-sensitive as myself.

Detail Citadines is a very nice, moderately-priced hotel/apartment. Furnishings are modern, the IKEA look. A free LAN connection in your room for your laptop or netbook provides fast, realiable internet connection, a real plus for tourists and business folks! Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location is good, just far enough off Sukhumvit to be very quiet. Free Tuk-tuk shuttle to Sukhumvit is provided on an as-need basis. I recommend Citadines!

Detail My first visit in Bangkok. All my expectation about the hotel was fullfilled during 11 dayes in same room. I would like to stay another time in same hotel.

Detail Facilities and location were excellent. The free tuk-tuk service was a real plus. Rooms were clean, spacious and are exactly as what the pictures on the website showed. At the same time, some of the staff looked unfriendly. A recommendation to the front desk personnel: smile more!

Detail Hotel was very close to most of the main attractions in Sukhumvit. Staff were polite. Used a scanning service for which I was charged extra though the images never arrived at either email address as promised. Rooms were a little run down with cupboards not sitting flush together. No face towels provided, and had to call reception to have towels changed as this is not done daily as would be expected in most other establishments.

Detail Very clean & nice size rooms. The thing I liked most was the flat screen TV with enough American speaking channels & movies. Centrally located in a nice area. I found this hotel because the one I stayed at down the street was very inferior. Food is not good & I would not waste my time eating there. Much better places on the street with better prices too.
