Detail Partly disappointed. I made a stupid mistake. I discovered there are actually two Baan Sukhumvit Soi hotels(18 and 20) and I choose the wrong hotel. Same owner, but very different standard. Rooms a very clean, but very, very small and the standard could easily be better. Breakfast is OK. Staff Ok, even though my Thai wife was unhappy with some thai comments (which I do not understand) from the waitress. WI-FI Internet is free - nice. Next time I will choose Baan Sukhumvit Soi 18.

Detail Great place, do not be put off by the location up a fairly downbeat sub-soi, the reception we received was warm and welcoming, the hotel was spotless, bed hard but comfortable, air con efficient and breakfast tasty and filling. I can t think of a single criticism and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Detail Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Short walking distance to the skytrain. Hotel manager, Kevin, was a great help and greeted us every morning with some great advice and suggestions for sightseeing in Bangkok. Delicious hot breakfast also served to help us kick start our day.

Detail Good location, Great breakfast with real coffee. Friendly service. Room was clean with big bed, t.v., fridge. Rooms feel a bit cramped, other than that, great value.

Detail The hotel is very very small, the room also, mine had no view. There are only a very few tv-stations. I would never stay there again.
