Detail Very good hotel. The room was great (we got an upgrade, so we stayed in a superiror room), the pool and sundeck also good, breakfast very good. Two only cons: skytrain is far away, so you have to use taxi more often (and, in the rush hours, it can be bad), and staff is not very friendly (except the ladies in the gym/swimminbg pool area)

Detail I have stayed at the amari atrium 5 times now and never once have i been welcomed back or recognised as a return guest. This is not good customer service skills. I also disagree with your policy of taking a credit card imprint for 3000 baht for the telephone and minibar. You should be able to turn the phone off and empty the minibar or lock it rather than inconvenience the guest - again customer service failure. No efforts were made to my request. The cost is not the problem, it is also you returning the 3000 15 days later when on credit card! appalling. An english lesson can be learned in this case, those staff checking in should simply state \ may I have a credit card for incidentals\ , not mention telephone, minibar straight out. The credit card is a world wide accepted policy on checking in. Cash you return on departure, credit card you keep peoples money for 15 days. I am in the 5 star hotel industry and you can return someones money as fast as you take it. You need to update your customer service practices on a large scale, otherwise you are simply providing rooms and procedures, no fine touches and no customer service in any way. \r\nYour staff at the door are always trying to push tours onto people when simply asked for a taxi. Guests will ask for tours if they want it! They also try to make money for the metered taxis by quoting you the fare costs normally 200 baht higher than the metered cost! always!\r\n\r\nI hope on my 6th visit to you i will be recognised!

Detail The hotel was excellent. The only problem we encountered was that we had to request for our room to be cleaned everyday. The hotel is very tidy and the breakfast was excellent. Detail This is a good 4 star hotel with adequate facilities & very competetive prices. The breakfast is a highlight, starting at 5:00 AM which is the earliest I ve experienced at any hotel and also makes it convenient for late sleepers to breakfast before they hit the sack. The Sauna, Steam & Jacuzzi are as good as you ll experience anywhere. Location of the hotel isn t as Central as you might like in Bangkok but easy to access to Taxis and tuk-tuks make it convenient to travel around. Bargaining is a must with the drivers and you should first insist on meter use which most taxi drivers will try avoiding. The Suanlum night market is a must visit and most of my shopping was done there. Other reasonably priced shopping areas include Platinum Mall & Big C. Overall the stay at the Amari Atrium was satisfying and the facilities in accordance with a good 4 star hotel. I won t hesitate to stay here again.

Detail Hotel is just ok, service is nearly poor, low on hospitality, food etc.. is over priced compared to the class of hotel. Room is good .., location is not great so eating outsite is little painful if you are with family etc..
