Detail Very disappointed with the room quality (our room was very smelly)and we booked for the upstiar river view room but we got the room downstair instead(which is cheaper) and when we ask the staff for a change, she said all the room are full.

Detail Very friendly staff, nice room and perfect swimming pool. The staff know what hospitality is! the only thing ->it s was a little noisy in the begin of the evening(a busy road.

Detail Excellent small hotel in a stunning location. Helpful friendly staff, clean attractive rooms, pool with a wonderful view. Breakfast very good. Only criticism is A very limited restaurant menu, no Thai food and really boring selection. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Detail We had a room on the 2nd floor which gave us a private stairway and aspectacular view overlooking the pool and across the river to the temple ruins. The atmosphere in the room was very romantic. The room had very high ceilings and smelled very good. The pool was fabulous and had a great view of the ruins as well. The only complaint about the room was that there were vents that allowed many Mosquitos to enter the room and took the relaxing feeling away from the room. However, the bed did have a mosquito net on it which worked very well at keeping the bugs out and allowed for a very romantic atmosphere and allowed us to relax inside the bed while we slept. The hotel gives you wi-fi for free, which is rare in Thailand. They also let you use bicycles for free, which was great to get around and see the city first hand. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants fantastic service and a boutique experience.

Detail Very nice view on the river and the temple. Welcome sympathetic. Only a few rooms so feeling like in family. Clean, furniture beautiful, life very easy in the hotel. The very difficult thing is the noise. Too much noise even by night. Big boats on the river very noisy and big trucks in the street. Impossible to sleep during four nights. Impossible to advise for other customers du to high level of noise. Hotel manager must see this problem with architect. Very very bad location between the road and the river.

Detail Beautiful place. When you have a room with view on the swimming pool, you can see a temple on the other side of the river. People are nice and helpful. The problem is that nobody in the city know the address of the hotel and it s difficult to find it. In Ayutthaya just few people speak english.

Detail This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our Thailand trip (we stayed only in 3,4,5 star hotels). We had a big lovely room NeXT to the pool with view on the river and a temple. The room was very nicely decorated, we liked the bathroom and shower. Personel was extremely friendly and serves good food. Choose this hotel for your stay! They also have free bikes available.

Detail A simply fabulous and beautiful little boutique hotel!! Stunning vie from the gorgeous pool to some old wat ruins. Would recommend! Only down side is that it s a bit far from restaurants and such.

Detail We spent three nights at this fantastically relaxing idyllic location. The staff were absolutely top class helping you at every opportunity. The room we inhabited was spacey and functional with all mod cons in addition to historical relics adding a touch of history to the modern style architecture. The swimming pool was small but relaxing and the view of the old temple across the river is dramatically stunning. We would have no hesitation in staying at Iudia again and wish to relay our thanks to owners and staff alike for a meditative and relaxing stay at a great place.

Detail AMAZING PLACE! A gem in the ancient city. Small and very new reort with very nice owner. Rooms and faciltiy are 5-star with INCREDIBLE day/night views of Thai temple across river. The view from our room and from the pool was awesome. Resort is beautiful w/ mix of Thai/Arabic modern design. Great location, nice breakfast, free bicycle use, awesome place!

Detail Small boutique hotel. We found the style of the rooms took some getting used to. There was nowhere to hang a wardrobe style case and no door to the bathroom, just a curtain. The room was comfortable and the traffic noise from the main road was not as bad as expected. View out across the river was spectacular at night. Staff friendly and helpful but restaurant facilities were limited.

Detail by far one of the best places to stay in thailand.very very well run family buisness with only 7 rooms.beautiful out look over the river with very nice pool and romantic outlook over the river. a must place to go will be back next year for a longer stay.

Detail Small scale hotel, very friendly staff, quiet and relaxing (pool, view on the temple at other side of river). If your budget allows, consider booking one of the two top floor deluxe rooms: unbelievable architecture, very luxurious decor. For excursions: let the hotel staff arrange for a car with driver for you, very reasonably priced service, also for transfers to your next destination.

Detail Marvelously relaxing. A great retreat during the heat of the day. The pool overlooks the ruins across the river and is a great place to enjoy a poolside lunch. The staff is extremely helpful in arranging transport throughout the city. The room was very comfortable. If you have a late check-out you may use the shower even if you have checked out of the room.
